Firstly, I'd argue that's confirmation bias. If you trade a lot of cars you're only seeing the mileage on cars that people don't want and are therefore selling. If they don't want them then they're not going to put thousands of miles on them. It's not uncommon to see someone buy a car from the dealership, max it out and sell it after 200 miles. On that basis, I'd say the complete opposite is true and you haven't got a clear picture of the statistics. I'd suggest, the cars that have over 1500 miles are the ones that are going to stay with their current owner until they leave the server. The current 1500 miles is perfect. If you do a lot of driving, as a delivery driver or taxi, the current limit of 1500 miles will creep up quickly and you will have to factor the maintenance fees in your operating costs. However, if you drive from your house to the club once a week, you may never hit that figure or pay fees and rightly so.
