Imo make sports cars cost more to maintain. Adds a downside to using them instead of normal cars, and is realistic considering the maintenance on sports cars is fucking expensive.

How would you enforce this? Ban people if they drive too fast? There shouldn't be any near-misses if at least one party 'RPly' drives i.e. stopping at intersections but that doesn't happen because it makes it impossible to get anywhere with any speed. This is a non-issue, you're getting triggered by people speeding.

Desync definitely occurs less than 90MPH and it happens a lot. You can't start punishing people because you're assuming they're lying. I'd rather this than having to RP every single time i've accidentally hit someone because of desync.
