@Yaffa is there any more to this, or did you literally kill a character you just met because they mouthed off? I will say, even with your character background in mind, this isn't really a good enough reason to outright kill someone and I feel like the resultant roleplay would have been much better for everyone involved if it wasn't escalated straight into a shooting.

That being said, Nikolas hasn't broke any rules here as far as I can tell. It was blatantly obvious from the get-go what your intentions were, even if Nikolas hadn't recognized you. I see no issue with the usage of a vehicle as a weapon in this scenario when it's ultimately the only logical response, other than to sit back and wait for whatever you were about to do - be it kill them or rob them.
The scene won't be voided and you won't be offered a refund.

I am referring to the shooting outside the garage in Mirror Park, where the /cb "wrong chat" occurred. Especially when you consider the motive behind getting rid of Dua was to remove witnesses, you guys went on to shoot her down right by an active garage in the middle of a Mirror Park neighborhood; I can't speak for the roleplay leading up to it, but the clip of the shooting on the previous page is severely lacking.
The above, along with my earlier post, addresses the deathmatching and powergaming allegations. If anyone involved in this has any further evidence to add or points to address, now is the time to do it as I intend to close this out at some point today. You guys haven't made this at all easy to look into with the continual petty back and forths.
My understanding right now is that nobody wishes to press on with the report, so I'll be concluding it with no action taken. Roleplay surrounding this may resume.

I've given everyone ample time to back up their claims with evidence. I'm going to proceed and deal with the content of this thread with the evidence already presented and move on, considering the amount of time it has taken so far.

This is true, but not always the case; for example, if you were driving past at 30mph and conveniently drove past as the guy entered his message - while you can see the content of the message on your screen it would be unrealistic for you to roleplay hearing it considering there's no way you'd hear the entire dialogue if you were just driving past.
That being said, there's no evidence to suggest any wrongdoing here at this moment in time.

Also true, Lugera should recuse himself from any further involvement in this particular conflict due to his death outside the bar. @Corleone if you were aware it was the same people coming after Dua, you shouldn't have been involving yourself for the aforementioned reason.

I've spoken with all those involved and looked into the allegations being made. Francis Wynn has been consistently inactive since his departure from the LSSD in January and the reasons behind that are pretty sound; I won't divulge this information publicly out of respect for Francis' privacy. With that in mind, I will not be taking any action against Francis. Regarding the metagaming allegation, based on my Discord conversation with SCD - I believe we established that this was not the case and the information was properly communicated through IC means.
However, it is undeniably true that Francis has had an unforeseen advantage due to his real life disposition preventing him from going in game. That being, if he isn't going in game - he isn't able to be captured and arrested as per the warrant. It's an unfortunate situation for both parties involved, more so yourself, but ultimately not something I can make a decision on as I haven't found any evidence of rulebreaking.
You will need to pursue your character kill appeal and await Management's verdict on the matter.

We can all agree on that. Ensure you're putting effort in to properly portray your character, even in situations created by unfortunate OOC circumstances outside of your control. As above, if it's truly that much of a hindrance - send in a /report and get an administrator's two cents on how to proceed.

So what speed were you going when you crashed into the side of his car? I'm sure you're aware, being a motorcycle rider in real life, that even a low speed collision on a motorcycle (20/30mph) can be absolutely devastating for the rider; obviously the faster you are going, the more likely you are to sustain serious injury.
That being said, when I looked through the logs out of curiosity, I saw you had been in a shootout not 10 minutes before this motorcycle accident and sustained two gun shot wounds to the right arm. Was this just largely ignored, or what's the deal? Why did you want to skip the collision, knowing full well that you, as a player, are not allowed to void roleplay?

What do you mean by he's "PK restricted"? As far as I'm aware, you haven't killed his character - but he has killed yours. While your character loses all knowledge surrounding his character and any conflicts they were involved in, his character still retains all of that information.

Your screenshot doesn't work and the content of the report doesn't help me out much. Please include all relevant information to help me investigate this, such as which factions are involved, who in particular is involved, the time, date and details of yours and Brayden's death, any relevant rulings by other administrators involved, an explanation of how you think they broke the rules, etc.
As it stands, I've got nothing to work with here. Please amend the thread.
