    4) Deathmatching

    Killing another player without or with poor reason to do so. This also includes you provoking others, followed by performing aggressive actions such as shooting or killing and (or) the provoked party ending up dead.

    Looking through the chatlogs that are available to me, it's plainly obvious that both Karo and Narek were incredibly stand offish and provocative across the majority of the scene. I'd go as far as saying it was purposely geared towards creating some sort of conflict from the get go. The responses here are littered with contradictions and inaccuracies.

    - The reported party walks into a bar and refuses to pay the full amount for their drinks, contrary to this;

    Quote

    I think you're missing the point, we aren't just two 'troublemakers' we're two individuals trying to prove themselves to the higher-ups of the arguably largest and strongest faction currently operating on the server. Both Narek and Karo are murderers and not your typical 'petty thief'.

    Not paying in full for something you've just consumed does, in fact, make you a thief. Arguably, their reactions (e.g. attempts to get you to pay in full) are provoked by your character's behaviour and are to be completely expected.

    Quote

    Anthony asked for the rest of the cash to which Narek retorted that it was short, both Narek and Karo said they didn't have it and if he could let it slide as it was just thirteen bucks missing. As Anthony started to get more agitated for only thirteen bucks, Narek decided to run another pocket for some cash. I left this to casualty and did a /roll 1 13 for how much Narek would find in his pocket. Chances gave me an eight

    This would suggest your character only had 13 bucks in his pocket and, as pointed out above, rolling a dice for it leaves a very slim chance that you're going to end up paying in full.

    - The reported party escalates it again by throwing the first punch, as seen in the video linked above. Narek goes even further by emoting "glassing" Thomas. In your initial response, you said it yourself, using a beer bottle as a weapon could be lethal.

    Quote

    This is a death threat as a beer bottle can be and is a deadly weapon if used correctly.

    Quote

    The altercation escalates and both sides engage in a fistfight. As the reporting duo starts losing the fight, they decide the best course of action is to pull a gun over an equal number fistfight, over five dollars, play to win mentality right here, but I digress.

    Quote

    we didn't get 'shooed' of your bar, we were forced to leave by having a gun aimed at us. We reacted accordingly to a situation where we were at disadvantage.

    To then use the fact Anthony drew a weapon to deter/scare you guys off against him as an excuse for murder, an action you guys more or less forced with your behaviour in the bar by A) refusing to pay and B) refusing to leave, is deathmatching - refer to the underlined part of the rule quoted above. But you didn't just target the guy who drew a gun on you, despite this being a significant reason for your attack, you also killed Ronald and Lucy; one who wasn't even present and Lucy who more or less just witnessed the event and played no real role in it.

    The issue isn't even with you guys roleplaying ignorant and provocative, it's the fact you used their response to go from 0 to 100 and commit mass murder - going as far as to drive around the entire city looking for them. Your character's affiliations aren't an excuse. This could have played out in many different ways - you could have just left it at that after you left the bar and it would have been fine. There are also alternative actions to murder that could have been taken.

    Kenneth, Narek and Karo will all be punished for deathmatching. The reporting parties may submit a refund request for anything that was lost.

    Brianna even gave the person she robbed a fair chance by not utilising /rob because her character only looked at the purse she was carrying and her wrist

    That's the purpose of the command, it is supposed to be used. You roleplay searching and taking whatever it is you're stealing and then use /rob to do so. The rest of their inventory is irrelevant, you only take what you've RPed finding.

    It is forbidden to mug anyone when:

    • you're using a motorcycle / quad / ATV, these vehicles are fully forbidden for such roleplay unless previously approved by an administrator using /report;
    • you're using a rented vehicle;
    • you're using a vehicle in an unplanned petty mugging for quick cash, unless admin approved;
    • you've travelled miles away from your characters' residential anchor to mug someone;
    • you've baited the victim using the taxi script

    • you've baited the victim using the advertisement script as either the buyer or seller

    • you're not using /rob to force the other party to show their items;
    • they're using a boat to perform an activity;
    • you may /report to perform robberies on situations involving the previous bullet points.

    Ensure you're using the command as necessary going forward. No further action will be taken.

  3. Benjamin Blossoms is currently banned and unlikely to be making a return any time soon. Looking at the 911 logs, it's clear that he wasn't following you as all of the calls made minutes apart come from the same location (Hawick). The final call he made, where gives what is basically an eye witness account, he was still nowhere near you. Bradley Evans hasn't been in game or accessed the UCP since this happened.

    This will be voided and the reporting party can make a refund request for anything lost.

    Honestly you need to stop whining dude. Yes, Kevin Wagner did buy drugs from me. As a matter of the fact I can upload a video of what you did when you returned to the scene after being scammed by Kevin & tried to assault him, whilst surrounded by like 20 people, then chicken-running back into your car, just to return the next day with a gun and shoot one of us for assaulting you. You clearly don't understand the problem here, and I won't be going back and forth any further. If anselmi wants the video, I'll submit it.

    Send it.

    [22:18:59] Anthony Huynh paid $2,000 to Kevin Wagner.

    [22:20:16] Kevin Wagner paid $100 to Tyler Gaines.

    [22:20:19] Kevin Wagner paid $100 to Eric Fulton.

    [22:20:11] Kevin Wagner paid $100 to David Dixon.

    The logs above are what I could find with regards to who received money.

    I was driving around trying to find one of the ones who scammed-robbed my character to try one more time to have my money back but Tyler Gaines decided to disregard it as whole and showed attitude and took a hammer out.

    I don't know what else is there to have it as a valid reason to retaliate as well, he also never mentioned in his report that he took a hammer out and showed attitude when I only tried to talk to him which approves my point as well.

    I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around why your character would go back there after being attacked by 4+ people - on his own no less. Does he not fear the repercussions of attacking a member of a larger group? Is it worth $2,000? From what I can gather, you went there fully expecting a confrontation and came prepared for it. If anything, I'd argue your character doesn't fear for his own life - having gone back there looking for blood over $2,000 and a beating.

    Kevin Wagner scammed my character and decided to share the money with around 4 or 5 individuals right in front of my character, it was around like $2500-3500$.

    What was the scam?

    Drove back there to try getting the money that was taken from my character without any troubles but they lied that they scammed me and acted like they never seen me before which started a fight and they all were involved in that fight and started hitting the vehicle and chasing my character around to beat him together.

    So please tell me why, after all of that, would your character go back there on his own?

  7. What was the nature of the scam and how much did you lose?

    Your character received a share of the money right after scamming me by Kevin Wagner which involves you a way or another

    Why do you think this?

    My character came back one hour after being scammed to try getting his money back without any troubles but he was insulted and assaulted by many of them, they tried beating him and chased him, they started hitting the vehicle as well.

    Why did your character go back there having been attacked by in excess of 4 people, what exactly was the plan?

  8. I'm having a hard time believing you can accidentally hold tab and switch to your pistol in the middle of a brawl accidentally, but in any case - it happened and it shouldn't have. A gun was pulled and people reacted accordingly. If this truly was a mistake, you could have talked it out between yourselves or asked for an administrator to mediate rather than escalate this into a block-wipe contest.

    That being said, it's not up to you to pick and choose when you roleplay with another group. You don't get to decide you're going to ignore people and then attack them when it's convenient for you. And, as I said earlier, it's obviously not okay to break the rules just because you believe somebody else has; this is what the report player forum is for and why /report exists in game. In this case, both parties involved are equally as bad as one another.

    Anthony Dunn will receive a 60 minute admin-jail for misuse of /fixrevive; the only reason you aren't banned is because your admin record is relatively clean.

    Keril Fletcher will receive a 60 minute admin-jail for misuse of /changechar.

    Kesean Clarke will be banned for refusing to roleplay.

    Trevon Kingston will receive a 60 minute admin-jail for refusing to roleplay.

    Both groups can consider any conflict surrounding the events shown in this report to be concluded and void.

  9. That's not how it works and it's certainly not up to you to decide a group is unworthy of roleplaying with. Sure, you can make the conscious decision to avoid them - but you cannot outright ignore interactions with people just because you don't want to interact with them.

    Can someone explain to me how the initial scene, where the refusal to roleplay happened, escalated into the shooting seen in the videos? What is the history between your two groups?

  10. Thanks for the video. Do you have the shooting recorded from your perspective? If so, can you post the video of that please; in the absence of a video, can you please explain how this escalated into a shooting and what you were doing there in the first place.

    @LMOB SspazZ why were you refusing to roleplay with them? Could you also explain how this resulted in a shootout please.

    You didn't leave the server, that's right - you just used /fixrevive instead.

    Hello, Keril here. I'd just like to start this off by saying, I am sincerely sorry for my wronging's. Yes, In fact did /changechar after the fact but since you upped the report, let's not act like both sides are not wrong in this entire ordeal..

    Needless to say, it's not acceptable to break the rules just because, in your opinion, someone else did.

    Please post unedited screenshots for me to look at and clearly outline what rules you think they broke and how - I don't intend on reading through pages of back and forth with conveniently edited images.
