Looting another character can only be done in realistic situations and time frames. Your characters life and safety must always be put before looting. Prioritizing looting over the need to escape or tend to wounds will be considered powergaming. The following are examples of powergaming while looting:
- Looting characters after a shootout in a public space.
- Looting characters before tending to injuries sustained.
- Returning to a scene to loot someone after fleeing.
- Looting bodies while Law Enforcement is present.
- Looting without roleplay.
Reference rule 2. You looted his body 2 minutes after he was shot down by deputies, in full view of said deputies.

This is all quite petty and childish. The group chat was quite clearly created to metagame / incite metagame and to portray it as anything other than that is a joke. IC events should remain IC and it's quite clear that you're all incapable of keeping IC and OOC separate; some of you have quite an extensive history of it.
That's not to say the reporting party is completely innocent in all of this. If the posts and screenshots above are anything to go off, you're all as bad as one another. Apparently the reporting party is quite content engaging with the people he's reporting and metagaming as and when suits. I think that everybody involved in this group chat is in dire need of a break from the server.
Tariq Monterio (chalupa) will be banned for breach of final warning, metagaming/participating in a Discord group chat created to metagame, as well as doxing another player.
Lashay Aldridge (Stephen CC), Oswaldo Melendez (almightybounter), Tiontay Beasley (raklooo) and Rex Russell (PadelSmash) will be banned for metagaming/participating in a Discord group chat created to metagame.
Treshawn Stanford (KC) and Raheem Graves (BigPoppa) will be banned for metagaming/participating in metagame via Discord.

Common courtesy applies to the forum, as well as in game. If you feel that a post is in breach of the rules, there's a button on the corner of the post (the three little dots, I'll attach a picture in case it isn't clear) that allows you to report it.

I've reviewed the video and will refrain from posting it here at Peter's request to protect sensitive information.
As discussed with the reporting party, I have no doubt that Benjamin would have seen Peter parking his bike and sprinting across the road to the red car. This is, in my opinion, quite odd behaviour that would warrant someone to call 911 - as was the case here. In the video itself I can clearly hear footsteps behind Peter as he's walking towards his car and later the sound of him getting into his car to make the aforementioned 911 call. Comparing time stamps and the responses here, I highly doubt that 3rd person view was abused.
Whether or not the "trying the handle" was a missclick, I don't see it having any bearing on what followed all things considered.
No action will be taken.

Anything that is not defined within /stashinfo can be described as anywhere by the handling administrator, e.g. in plain view on a table. This includes money and items alike.
If you have a key to a property that is not yours, and you are a tenant, you must still submit a breakin request to roleplay searching and taking items that are not yours. Motels are not included under this rule, leave items in a motel at your own risk as they can be taken by anyone.
You may use /vbreakin to rob any vehicle, this brings up a minigame for you to complete using a lockpick. You must roleplay breaking into the vehicle before or after beginning the minigame, but not when you are already within the vehicle. You may then use /hotwire to roleplay hotwiring the vehicle, this must be done before or after you use the command, but not when you have already driven away.
Examples:
- entering an open house and forcing the occupants inside to comply with a burglary of their house or safe without an approved /breakin request;
- getting a key to a property and clearing out the property inventory without an approved /breakin request;
- submitting multiple /breakin requests for the same property or to get a faster response, this can result in a ban from breakins.

Apologies, this fell off the radar.
Here's the relevant excerpt from the rules;
QuoteCCTV cameras have to be mapped in before they are considered present. Attempting to claim a camera exists when there is no item there is powergaming. OOC recordings can be used as the footage pulled from CCTV cameras, in the absence of OOC recording, players are able to challenge CCTV footage if they believe the recording party may have forgotten or falsified details.
- If desync is suspected, the contesting party may provide a video of their own to look for any inconsistencies or consult a staff member to decide. This may be looked over if the desync is clear within the original recording provided.

Government building as well as server-owned stores (e.g gas stations, 24/7s, clothing stores) all have cameras by default, which law enforcement agencies have the capacity of acquiring.

When using OOC footage, players are expected to keep in mind which direction the cameras are pointing. "Dome cameras" are best specified in /stashinfo, otherwise an admin will have to decide on their own.
- All state agencies and Government vehicles have dashcams. OOC recording rules apply to dashcam.
I'm not sure why this turned into a teeth pulling contest to get the full story, but given that the reporting party can only vaguely remember his time in the apartment - I'm going to say it's not that far fetched for Maor to have a picture of Petros; I can see from the logs that you went inside with a third party.
I can't speak for the quality of the hit carried out, nor can I come to a conclusion with the complete absense of evidence surrounding the actual killing. Caleb Moss is banned for something unrelated.
The kill stands an no further action will be taken.

I don't see any evidence of metagaming in either of the kills, though it goes without saying that the second hit shouldn't have happened following the first. @demigod if you're going to have multiple people carrying out an attack on somebody, you need to ensure you're communicating properly between them to avoid situations like this.
@Asarian_Biton you may submit a refund request for anything you lost during the second hit.
