Add more stuff to toggle permanently in /settings (/toggle adnotify etc...)

Detailed Description:

 

Add more /toggle options into the /settings menu to turn them off permanently, example given /toggle adnotify or stuff like the ATC or VESSEL radio. It can become quite tedious having to toggle the same chats or settings on each new login!

How will it benefit the server?

 

Allows people being able to customize what chats etc they want to have toggled on or off, without it resetting!

Yes, make all toggles save. Not sure why you need to redo some when you login, but others save fine.
