Swag
So, when I'm the driver of the vehicle, the game begins to be laggy and stuttering so often, but it happens only when I'm driving. Any idea? Link to comment
sevo
Used to have these issues when using the XMR or if /radioshow was open. Do you find this to be the case? Link to comment

Kenth
Hii! So the issue, I believe, is that several different things are trying to load in quickly as you move from one place of the map to another, which may overload your GPU and in turn cause stuttering and lags. I would recommend lowering down your graphic settings and trying again! Link to comment

Andrew Brandenburg
Hey there. I had the same problem before, but for me it was from the Post FX and ambient occlusion. Try to turn them off or lower them and see if it still happens. Link to comment
D-Kay
Boot your PC with all the proccesors working, you can find on Google how to do that. It's really several minor settings adjustments and you will be good to go. Link to comment
MarcoEL
I had the same issue, if you have CPU limiter on then turn it off IMMEDIATELY. (Depends on your cores tbh) Also, GTAV (Especially RageMP) needs more than 8GB RAM and 3-4gb graphics card. Link to comment
Menace.
Gonna sound stupid but it may work cause it's helped a few people before. Is your screen plugged into the right slot? When I first got my PC I had a similar issue but it turns out the slot I was using was forcing rage to use the integrated graphics not the graphics card swapped it over and had no issue.
