Detailed Description

Some factions, such as ULSA, have their RP revolve around several buildings + an outdoor area. Buildings that would realistically have some sort of connected intercom, allowing staff to adress everyone in all of said buildings.

Right now, /intercom only works for the dim you're in. Even if it's several dims in the same building - it'll only address the /dim you're in, not including any of the outside area (even if the outside area has a PA system etc.)

As such, I'd like to suggest another /intercom-system that broadcasts the intercom across all dimensions/properties belonging to a specific faction, provided they are in certain vicinity or manually connected to one another, as well as permitting the broadcast to be heard within a certain vicinity along the entry/exit points of those dims.

How will it benefit the server?

It'd allow factions such as ULSA to perform a campus-wide intercom broadcast, addressing all people present at once - something for which right now either a landline would have to be used for or requires someone to manually run through all buildings to put through the /intercom command.
