The 92/94 Hoover Criminal Gang is a primarily, however not exclusively African-American gang based in the South Central neighborhood of Los Santos. The main goal of the faction is to create a realistic atmosphere of a well-informed African-American community that is often involved in the South Central gang culture. Members of this faction aim to provide a community-esque atmosphere with realism in the scenarios they portray. If you are looking to join this faction or have any questions, concerns please message @KillSwitch@StretchSome@EYSPolo.  We require that our members have some sort of understanding of basic LA gang politics and atleast do some research about the gang  we are roleplaying. We will not hold back from removing you from the faction if it is deemed you are un-fit for the faction.
