Make /antitheft only show spawned vehicles

Detailed Description: That's it really, make it so /antitheft only shows the cars that you have spawned currently.

 

I'm in a faction that has a decent amount of cars, so when I do /antitheft it gives me a long list of options for cars that aren't even spawned. Would be nice to lower that list to just spawned vehicles.
