The wave that doesn't seem to be crashing down any time soon is being ridden by members of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Club in what is seen as the organization's next expansion phase. The first phase dubbed the 'first step' of the blue wave was setting up charters in Texas, Arizona, and Puerto Rico to further the club's global reach. Sources suggest that they have already made headway in San Andreas and Los Santos in specific, labeling the execution of the LS-based charter a 'grand slam' for the club. The club is one of, if not the, most feared motorcycle gang on the east coast of America and some suggest their 'invasion' of the west coast will stir the pot amongst the already-populated motorcycle club scene. Some suggest that their close alliance with the Mongols MC is what made the transition relatively straightforward given the fact that they have reciprocated the hospitality to their counterparts on the east coast. The club has more than doubled in size since its initial 'expansion' that was initially intended for parts of the east coast, including into rival territories. The expansion has often been labeled as 'enthusiastic' and occupying by some sources, which was later verified by Gangster Report. They claim that the expansion into the west coast in specific has been contributory to their growth given the fact that they began allowing Latinos into the ranks. According to more sources, including LSPD insiders, not all clubs are content with their extension into San Andreas with some even suggesting that it has been an annexation. Nonetheless, despite having footholds in bordering areas like Washington and Arizona, their welcome into Los Santos wasn't with open arms. While the Northeast is widely seen as a Pagan colony, its flags out west are a few and far between. But still, the 'blue wave' directive continues to go ahead.
