The notorious "Get Money Boyz" clique ran by Los Santos natives; built on money, power and respect ambitiously runs through the lower-income areas. Project housing, section-8 houses and small stints towards the suburbs, the clique spills it's influence on drugs and violence throughout. Over a decade ago a small time gang of friends decided to come together and form and group that symbolizes money, power and respect. With loose ties to the areal gangs, it made easy for GMB to create relations. The group grew in numbers after the tight knit set of friends expanded into different sections of the city. The friends became the older generation who facilitated the movements through their street soldiers a.k.a Lieutenants. Generations went on, more people were recruited and put on (brought into the clique by taking on a role), it was well structured system.

One of the main families involved was the Grady family. In their family tree, the majority of men were included in the ranks of Get Money Boyz. From the top to the bottom, they had relatives who were eager to work for the crew. The leadership roles passed down to sons, nephews and cousins. It was easy to keep grasp on the higher hierarchy with no trouble. Benjamin Grady who took over the leader role from an uncle who started the crew with his father. Benjamin's father was a high risk target to law enforcement. He's currently in jail for two life sentences on multiple charges: first degree murder, possession of multiple illegal firearms and three hundred pounds of cocaine that was seized during a house search. The young Benjamin Grady ran his era of the clique like a mob. He had ties within multiple factions (majority gangs) that they supplied and collected from. Benjamin's era was the power house of the new generations before it slowly faded due to pressure from law enforcement. The clique's members all scattered and went into their own direction, leaving loosely connected criminals from the GMB crew.

A relative of Benjamin Grady, cousin, Marcel Atkins, shadowed Grady from his street rank: soldier. Atkins spent most of his time on the street, Grady showed him the ropes every chance he got, before he went on a hiatus. Dodging indictments wasn't easy for Benjamin, he made sure he left his knowledge in people he could trust. Marcel a.k.a Bones earned the nickname because he was due up to become one of the next leaders in the clique. Ben Grady favored the Italian mafia and structured his crew like it. Atkins was told to be a shooter in a certain situation between a ranking member and the bosses for not following the rules. He then as the Italian mob would say, "earned his bones". With the respect from the elders and backing, Marcel became a leading figure in the remnants of the GMB clique.

Bones wasn't raised in the Davis area, he was born and raised in East Los Santos. The Atkins family branch off begins with an uncle who was a younger brother to Ben Grady's father. The gap between the families kept members from the Davis area massing up with the Eastside earners. East Los wasn't an area where the original members of the crew operated nor was brought up in. Marcel was just known for his contribution to the clique from a different side. Though many may still consider him a member of Get Money Boys, he and his crew were divergent.

Same story line, different wave, slight continuation. Shout-out the original members. The background story is just a brief written piece, it'll be edited as we go on. I only wanted to introduce what we're going to be portraying. A grimy group of hustlers from the city of Los Santos.

To join this faction, have a character and character background thoroughly thought out. PM @Benjamin_Grady or @Get The Strap for the discord link. Join with intentions on taking your character development serious.
