update the "game suggestions" format

The one currently available is outdated and was made in 2017.

 

I propose that the post gets updated to the following:

basically remove the unnecessary parts of the old format - we don't need short description, commands/items rarely ever gets filled in, and additional info seems kinda useless

plus having to make edits to the format before posting each time gets a little annoying

I propose everyone use this format anyway to try and push for this to be accepted.

 

A lot simpler and we don't have to edit the formatting before we post.
