Let tenants install doorlocks in properties.

Short description: Currently as a tenant you cannot install locks on a door. I don’t really know the logic behind it but it’s a bit annoying when mapping for someone to have to wait for them to come and install locks (especially when doors don’t seem to work)

How would your suggestion improve the server? Just makes life easier for everybody.

Additional information: Only allow tenants with construction perms to install and remove doorlocks.
