Weird choose character glitch (Solved)

I am able to log in to the server on my account and choose my character, but once I choose my character my camera is stuck hovering above the city, not loading in at all. I've tried reinstalling ragemp, gta5 itself, and deleting all possible gtaw files from my computer to reinstall them but still nothing. I've tried running the compatibility troubleshooter as well. I have a video below to showcase the specific issue.

EDIT: It was an odd corruption/glitch with my save file. Loading a new one fixed it.
