Just mask the name and put their ID above their heads when they're inside the car, I suppose.

 

The crucial part of the changes is that the ID is visible from all angles and at a decent distance. I don't care if it's their actual name, MASK13923 or their ID above their heads as long as I have a way to contact them or write their name down.
