Like the title says, a simple /cw command. It helps the occupants of the vehicle communicate effectively without the worry of somebody else meta gaming their conversation through a closed window, etc.

I think we can do better than this. /low combined with closed car windows => only car passengers can see the message; if any window is open, or when driving a convertible, the /low range is as usual.

 

A casual /cw always felt overpowered to me.

I disagree with this one. This could be abused by people that does not want to be heard. What if theres a mole in the car. How is that supposed to work? 

 

I dont think this is a good idea. This could easily get abused just like in lsrp. Not to mention it's also unrealistic.

How is it unrealistic to have whispers heard only by the occupants of a car, especially with the windows up? We can make it so moles pick up anything said by the occupants in a car, whether it's through normal speech or /cw.

/cw was always useful, but I do agree with the developers if they're able to enhance the script even more, would be a great add on.

I like this idea a lot more, the usage of /low inside of vehicles with the windows up, so that passengers only can see it. 
I completely agree with /cw being too overpowered.
