Skillspreez
Just now, David Dalton said: Do you have an SSD? I had the same issue as you but it disappeared when I decided to buy an SSD and install my OS in it. He did mention that it doesn't stutter in Gta Online, which has nothing to do with his PC, unless it's a texture problem and it occurs in GTA online as well, it's just a server sided thing for me as well, perfectly fine with other games. I had stutters in ls-rp but I fixed them with a new SSD but they came back as it was server sided. Link to comment
Jason Loco
On 4/3/2019 at 11:49 PM, Bospy said: I went through various settings today and lessened the lag. Generally, lowering any kind of setting seems to help it to some extent. I specifically focused on shadows and processing, as I noticed when entering new areas it'd take ages for my PC to "load it up." If you get bothered by the stutters you can always just lock your framerate to 30, not like it really matters. A simple fix though I could see people not wanting to do that.
