Two types of info markers

Maybe the orange markers can't have visual posters attached to them?

Also, see if we can make it so if you press f3 and click the info marker, it pops up so we don't have to walk out of our way to read them

We can't detect collisions via F3 click thing because markers are not 'physical' objects - it can be done the other ways, but it might have negative impacts on the server (and maybe client?) performance itself. Not a high priority but I'll (maybe) look into it at some point.

People will use 'higher priority' markers for low priority stuff anyways, finding an excuse. This is more of a 'rule revamp' type of thing than game server code change itself. Not coming, at least for now - L&A.
