Add the Taxi and Trucking scripts in Benefactor Imperial

Detailed Description

So today, the Benefactor Imperial got deployed in the server that can be used either as a taxi or in trucking (replacing of Speedo). But the scripts of them are not deployed with them.

 

Relevant Commands/Items

How will it benefit the server? 
It'll replace some old taxis/trucks models for both scripts and maybe open more RP opportunities for players.
