Ale Posted August 26, 2023 Author Share Posted August 26, 2023 (edited) ((In case the tenant is interested in extending their stay, the lease agreement can be renewed for any specific time period they want, provided they notify the landlord when the Lease Term's last days are approaching. If the tenant decides to renew the agreement, they will always have priority over others to stay at the apartment. At the end of the Lease Term and if no renewal is made, the tenant has to vacate the apartment.
