  1. W/S 74 Hoover Criminal Gang The 74 Hoover Criminals (HCG) also known as the "Seven-Foe Hoover Criminals" were formerly known as the "74 Hoover Crips" until the early 1990s. The 74 Hoover Criminals are a predominantly African American street gang located on the West Side of Los Santos. The 74 Hoover Criminals are an active subset that is an integral part of the big gang the "Hoover Criminals" which count in total more than 9 subset active throughout Los Santos. The 74 Hoover Criminals also have a nickname of their own, which is none other than the "Bay Bays", and are from 74th Street and the vicinity of Hoover Street, between Vermont Avenue and Figueroa Avenue. The latter have been active for more than thirty years and are considered the third largest subset of the Hoover Criminals today. Throughout the 1980s, the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips and the 74 Hoover Criminals were key players in the drug industry, creating several manufacturing labs, located inside some homes that were only used for that. Federal officials and local authorities estimated that the 52 Hoovers and 74 Hoovers earned between $500,000 and $1 million in cash each month due to this successful traffic. 74 Bay Bays The 74 Hoovers Criminals have multiple sets outside of Los Santos, in various parts of the United States. However, their largest secondary group is in Seattle, Washington. Which was established in 1985 or 1986 by George Edward Henddricks, also known on the street as "OG P-Nutt", from South Central, Los Santos, who moved to Seattle in the 1980s. The 74 Hoover Criminals are one of the largest gangs in Los Santos, with about 200 active members. The other two Hoover gangs stand out being the 92 Hoover Criminals and the 83 Hoover Criminals. They are known for wearing clothes from the Houston Astros, a first-division baseball team whose orange is the dominant color of the uniform, which inspired the Hoover Criminals gang to choose orange as their identifying color. They also wear Houston-Astros baseball caps, with a capital "H" to represent Hoover. The 52 HGCs are the only Hoovers that still wear blue, in addition to orange. The 74 Hoover Criminals are allied with hoover criminals, Shotgun Crips and Insane Crips. Their main rivals are the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, the 76 East Coast Crips, as well as the 79 Mad Swan Bloods and the Menlo Crips. They also fight with the 84 Main Street Mafia Crips, all the Neighborhood Crips and all the Rollin 0s gangs. 83 HOOVER CRIMINALS GANG The 83 Hoover Criminals (83HCG) are an active they are a predominately, but not exclusively African American street gang located on the west side of Los Santos. They are named after a famous street called "Hoover Street" between Vermont Ave and Figueroa Ave. The Hoovers have several individual street gangs under the name Hoover Criminals Gang. They are known for wearing the clothes of the Houston Astros, a major league baseball team with orange as the dominant uniform color, which inspired the HCG to choose orange as the identifying color, the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips are the only Hoover ensemble to still wear blue with orange. The CGCs were born in the 1960s and were originally known as the "Hoover Groovers". The Hoover Groovers existed long before the formation of the Crips. During these years, the Hoovers Groovers and WestSide Crips formed an alliance to target the Figueroa Boys. In the mid-1970s, due to their alliance with the WestSide Crips, the Hoovers changed the "Groovers" to "Crips", Hoovers Crips. Allies and rivals The Hoover Criminals are allied with all Hoover subsets. Their main allies outside of the Hoovers Criminals were the Main Street Mafia Crips. However, in 2009, their alliance ended in bad baths at a party hosted by The Main Streets, who invited the Hoover Criminals. The Hoover Criminals and Main Streets reportedly clashed followed by gunfire. The Hoover Criminals have waged war on all the Crips Raymond Ave, East Coast Crips, Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 0's, Rollin Hundreds (100's), and more recently the Main Street Mafia Crips. The 112 Hoover Criminals Gang's feud with the Denver Lane Bloods resulted in part of the 112 HCG neighborhood being invaded by the Denver Lane Bloods. Following the assiduous rivalry between the rivals of the HCG and themselves in the 90s, an incalculable number of shootings and victims were reported, the aggressiveness of this part of Los Santos increases sharply. Staying in this area then becomes very risky, indeed, it is with difficulty that some inhabitants live and complain. The Hoovers Criminals are also involved in a deadly feud with the South Los 13, a racist Sureño gang. Back to 80's In August 1979, Raymond Washington was murdered in a car shooting. Rumors of the shooters spread through the streets of Los Santos. The EastSide Crips blamed and held the Hoover Crips responsible for the murder of Raymond Washington. This sparked a bitter feud between the Hoover Crips and the EastSide Crips. In the mid-1980s, HGGs were one of the most feared street gangs in South Central. Their brutal reputation for gun violence made him one of the first suspects to be blamed for gang-related shootings. In the late 1980s the Hoover Criminals were engaged in bitter rivalries with several Crips. In the 1990s, the Hoovers gave up the Crips and decided to change their name from "Crips" to "Criminals". They claim the "ABK" or "EBK" which means "Anybody Killer" or "Everybody Killer". It was common to see "BK" (Blood Killer) as well as "CK" (Crip Killer) and "OK" (Rollin 0's), spray-painted on the walls of their territory. #100days100nights The hashtag #100Days100Nights was one of the LSPD's major concerns in 2015; FaceBrowser users had issued a stern warning: two Los Santos gangs were betting on whoever could kill 100 people in 100 days. The bet followed the death of a 27-year-old rollin 100s member, the members of both gangs claimed that they would be "active" for a hundred days in a row and that innocent people driving between Forum Drive and Grove Street could risk their lives; in the many photos posted online, one of them showed a man pulling out of his jacket pocket a chrome handgun. On another, a young man was holding a gun in each hand. Los Santos' deputy police chief met with gang response officers telling them there was no evidence to corroborate the threats and asking for help to allay fears." Ordinary people who have nothing to do with the gang way of life and culture are afraid," he said. Sal LaBarbera, who recently retired after spending years investigating murders in southern LS., said LSPD detectives have been using social media in gang investigations for some time. Detectives have already tracked down a murder suspect after finding a photo of him holding a gun on FaceBrowser, LaBarbera said. Detectives were able to read the serial number of the weapon, he added, and determined it was the murder weapon. The shooting that kicked off a series of violent crimes throughout a weekend occurred on a Thursday night at approximately 9:50 p.m. in Block 2000 of Forum Drive; a woman and two boys, aged 4 and 11, were injured after a suspect approached their car and opened fire. For the victim's family, this act is considered miserable. For the family of the deceased, the #100Days100Nights is despicable. "It makes him look like a bad person. It's not like he started this and got killed behind. He had no control over what happens with this movement," one of the victim's family members told The Daily Beast by phone, preferring to remain anonymous to protect the family's safety. Contrary to what is shown on social networks pushing for gang warfare, the victim was a full-time single father, devoted to showing his son a different lifestyle and his family claims that he had even changed his life, if he was loosely linked to a gang, the family claims that he did not participate in the activities and stood aside. "He was always present in his son's life, whether he accompanied him to school in the morning or picked him up from school," said a family member. A civil rights group had scheduled a community meeting to ask rival gangs to call for an immediate ceasefire. "With the shootings, I feel like all this is useless. I can't say for them how they should feel about the situation – whether they should take revenge or not – I just think they shouldn't do it that way," another individual said. The city experienced a resurgence of crime after years of decline, up 14%, the upsurge in violent crime was obvious, and likely related to the event #100Daysand100Nights. The 77th District, which includes some of L.S.'s most dangerous neighborhoods, saw 11 people shot. The first occurred around 4 p.m. on Saturday at the intersection of the LTD near Hoover Street. A suspect approached a man in his car and unloaded a series of bullets before fleeing. The 47-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are still determining the motive, but sources close to the victim believe it was an argument that took place at the funeral of a gang member, just over a mile away.

  3. SEVEN-FO HOOVER CRIMINALS GANG 74 & Hoover Criminals History The 74 Hoover Criminals Gang(74HCG), also known as Seven-Fo, are rooted on the West Side of South Central Los Santos, San Andreas. The Bay-Bayz are one of the active sub-sets of the larger Hoover Criminals Gang. Formerly known as 74 Hoover Crips, they renounced their moniker in the 1990s, favoring Criminals over Crips. This was mainly due to the range of enemies they garnered around their territory, raging war with multiple street gangs, including the Crips. The 74 Hoover Criminals Gang are also known as the "Bay Bayz", and their territory spreads around 74th and Hoover Street, between Roy Lowenstein Blvd and Davis Ave. Despite it being a heavily African-American street gang, they have a multi-racial car, with most others being of Hispanic descent. The Original Hoover presence can be traced back to the late 1960s, a collection of guys from the neighborhood that socialized on 92nd & Hoover Avenue. During this time, the Crips were in their infancy stage. Throughout that time, the Westside Crips started to form in the St. Andrews Park area, engaging with the Hoover Groovers in functions mostly. It was rumored a member of the Westside Crips killed the younger brother of a founding member from the Hoovers. After a meeting being held by both gangs, a understanding of who did it & alliance was formed. It was shortly handled afterwards, as the leader of the opposite gang got violently beaten in a LS nightclub. As the Crip philosophy raided Los Santos, the Hoovers eventually identified with the Crip banner, renouncing their name around 1973. Several Hoover sets started to sprout from 43rd Street in South Los Santos to 112th Street. By the late 1970s, when the feud between the Eight Tray Gangster Crips and Rollins 60s Neighborhood Crips ignited, led to gangs pledging alliance to either Deuces(2x) or Trays(3x).The Hoover Crips alliance with the Gangster Crip brand, dubbing "Hoover Gangster Crips". On August 1979, a founding member of the Baby Avenues(Baby Crib/Crips) was gunned down in a drive-by shooting. Rumors of the onslaught spread throughout the streets of Los Angeles. The East Side Crips held blame on the Hoover Crips over the murder, which sparked a feud & hatred between both sides. By the 1980s, the Hoover Gangster Crips became one of the most notorious streets gangs that were involved in the drug world. The main key players being the 52 & 74 Hoover Gangster Crips, held multiple drug houses across South Central Los Santos they operated. Around this time, Federals & Local authorities believed the sets generated up to $1 million dollars a month in cash. As they began to heighten in the drug game, their brutal reputation for gun violence made them one of the first suspects to be blamed when it came to gang-related shootings. By late 1980s, the Hoover Criminals began engaging in bitter rivalries with several Crip gangs. As the 1990s approached, the Hoovers decided to renounce from Crips, favoring Criminals (Excluding 52 Hoover) due to the mass disagreement and rivalry with most Crip gangs. It's common to see "BK" (Blood Killer), "CK" (Crip Killer), and "OK" (Rollin 0's Killer), tagged on the walls within their territory. As they grew to the most hated gang in Los Santos, they also started claiming "ABK" (Anybody Killer) or "EBK" (Everybody Killer). Their hood is one of the grimiest, having enemies on the Westside and Eastside, ranging from Blood, Crip, and Mexican gangs. The 74 Hoover Criminals Gang is a African-American street gang located on the West Side of South Los Santos, San Andreas. The Bay-Bayz consist of several sub-sets between Roy Lowenstein Boulevard, to Davis Avenue. They're known to sport orange over blue, despite them incorporating blue as well. The main sport apparel they wear is Houston Astros, identifying with the color and H, standing for Hoover Street. Despite that, they've also been known to wear San Francisco apparel(Niners/Giants) and Washington Nationals, as they wear to represent their side & identification. Along with that, members can be seen wearing Boston Red Sox hats towards "Bay Bays", a known nickname for the set. The Seven Four Hoover Criminals are strict allies with all sets under the Hoover Criminal Gang card, being closely knitted with 83HCG subset, forming 34HCG. They're also allies with the Baby Insane Crips(Hoosane), along with the Shotgun Crips, as they rage war on common enemies. It's common to see Hoover affiliates hanging around Insane Crips in Vespucci Beach. Being apart of a larger street gang and gaining multiple enemies since their presence seen a lot of feuds that's still carrying on today. The 74HCG are known to feud with all Neighborhood Crips and Rollin 0's Card. Their main rivals being the Menlo Crips, Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, 76 East Coast Crips, 84 Main Street Mafia Crips, and the 79 Mad Swan Bloods. They're also known to beef with W/S 87/97 Gangster Crips. (Credits to @BAYBAYZ for insignia)
