Wyatt Kolchin - The End.
I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who had made this character possible; after years of focusing on strictly straight and narrow, case-driven characters, I decided to make one which was just for me, one that I would enjoy and oh boy, did I love this character.
Those within the know know that Kolchin had started as a Detective with a love for the job before slowly breaking the barriers between good policing and real good police work. Following a vehicle accident, Kolchin developed a taste for Opiods, in the form of painkillers, which become a financial burden and, even more so, a difficulty to obtain, soon enough ending up engaging with the wrong people, who soon enough become his friends.
Kolchin became a go-to individual for information, frequently selling tidbits to various partnerships of the Aryan Brotherhood, Crazy White Boys, Mongols MC, Headsmen MC and the 330 Gallery in Sandy Shores, all paying in cash and painkillers. As Kolchin took on more and more favours and jobs, he became a familiar name, whereby he could attend any venue and get a free drink or not be outed as an LEO, being trusted by numerous factions, even though this was predominate to exploit him.
Over time, IAB was catching up to Kolchin, causing extreme paranoia in that his drug misuse became a part of his sole function. Alcohol abuse, too. It wasn't a surprise for him to turn up to work intoxicated as he developed into a functioning alcoholic.
Kolchin knew that he needed to make enough money to retire from the Department if everything went south; he began to invest in the arms trade, buying and selling guns for a profit, knowing there was easy money to be made.
He made fatal mistakes, quite literally, and I am glad that everyone involved had a fantastic time.
Thank you!
