What would you mean by the PC graphic settings? Yeah, the latest Nvidia drivers, all types of screens, and full screen makes it worse.

Hi all, So what it is, if I'm driving around or someone else is driving me around my game just stutters. So I will have jumps in fps from time to time, happening wherever whenever. I'll be driving along at 100 fps say. It will be like my game jumps, my fps will go from 100 to 60 and back to 100 like it's dropping frames. Does it randomly? It happens more when I'm in a car, if I am on foot nothing. I use /alpr it does it. I open /radioshow does it. Car approaches me I stutter, it's like if anything needs rendering in it does it. Temps are fine, no issues, 3070ti runs at 70-80 most of the time, and there isn't thermal throttling. Same with GPU, also no thermal throttling, I tend to have XTU or HWInfo64 running to keep an eye on temps to see if it happens when the PC gets too hot. Don't happen on single-player or any other games. It's a completely new PC, I had a Ryzen 5 3600 and a 2060 the same thing, I upgraded to an i7 13700KF with a 3070ti, still works the same way. I got myself an NVME recently also, still doing it. No matter if I have mods no mods. Play on the lowest settings. Change resolutions, disable overlays, and play with nothing running in the background. The game still does it. Hi, So basically I can be playing for an hour or so, and then my game just disconnects, gives me connection lost, and Teamspeak follows. Here is the confusing part my internet is working fine, I can connect to other servers, play call of duty, and join other TeamSpeak perfectly fine if I try reconnecting to world, just says that I cannot connect to Teamspeak, and the game just says connection lost, I restart my PC, flush my DNS, renew my IP nothing, I turn my router of manually it fixes it, but then for a few hours and does it again. It's like my ISP is hating on GTA W or something, anyone else have this issue or have any pointers on how I can resolve it? Thanks, Mossey

So i've been having a stuttering issue, I've got a: i7 13700KF & 3070ti, 32 GB DDR5 ram. So how I explain mine is the game will run fine, then stutter, then come back, the stutter is only for a millisecond but its like my game freezes for .0 of a second. My fps does not move from 130, it dips below 100. I've tried the game vanilla, I've tried the game, fresh install, I've tried the game on another drive, its currently on my boot NVME, I've tried it on lowest settings to the point it looks like San Andreas I've played it max settings, still no change, I don't feel like its my PC, because if it was changing from max settings to low settings would at least have a FPS impact in which it does due to my GPU, but the stutters would be more noticeable but no matter what I do they are just there. Whats annoying is I notice there are players have no issues, and others that have this, clearly by seeing it now after a brief search. Any other suggestions what I can do?

I remember I asked about the stutter issue of 2020 I had, and they hit me with "Yeah GTA World is built like *** come to this server bring friends" I was like yoooooo. But yeah, RAGE is optomized like 2008 GTA IV on PC. Plus I'm still having a lag fest on the server, I know for a fact its RAGE cos it was fine, about two weeks ago, now it's just died.

I've got a 3070ti and a Ryzen 3600 with 16GB Ram, and I get about 30 fps on all settings set to "Normal". This has taken a complete tanking since the latest update, before I could run with QuantV all the bells and whistles and I'd get around 80-90fs solid, this is rough and it's becoming unplayable.

Im too lazy for this shit, plus being in PD do you know how much effort that would have? Id genuinly sleep with the headset on lmao

Congratulations my man. You and a lot of people don't have the problem but some of us do. In addition I went through and installed every single car mod last night and nothing seemed to fix the issue, that was my last attempt of fixing it, its livable so I will continue to play with it, thanks for the assistance guys much appreciated. Well that solves that issue then. Would it be possible to then take them from said folder and physically install them to my gane using openIV? It sounds strange but I hope it might fix the issue. If so anyone able to point me in the right direction?

I've done that multiple times the Nvme I bought was to try and fix this issue but it hasn't it's also been formatted, countless times, same as my windows ?
