The faction aims to portray a realistic crime ring primarily composed of Caucasian and Hispanic members. Most of whom have had or currently have ties to street gangs. This faction intends to unite street gangsters who "graduated" to Organized Crime for whatever reason that may be. However, having been part of a street gang, or other forms of organized crime is not a necessity to join the faction. Furthermore, the concept aims to portray the rebuilding of this organization following a sort of "collapse," after the death of founding member Moses Ramos, and the law enforcement investigation, Grand Jury indictment and later prosecution of most of it's core member base.
