Alot of people own 2 properties ( WICH MAKES NO SENSE). I seen people owning a house in Grove Street and Mirror Park (makes no fucking sense). Restrict the player to own 1 property (If you buy a 2nd property, you got few weeks to sell the other one) If you think it's reasonable to keep 2 properties, make a request. This is one of the issues wich also drives the prices high cause alot of people keep such valuable properties to sell them someday for high.

I thought about selling my Obey Tailgater with alot of upgrades. First owner bought the vehicle OCT/29/2020 Asked price is 50.000$, nothing below will be accepted.

I'd prefer taxes when owning more than (for example) 2 cars. Same I'd hope to see when owning more than 1 property (2 is max anyway) cause those who 'really' need 2 houses, should be able to pay taxes for it. Same with cars.
