Turning point

Trey King is a 16 year old african american, living in the area of Vespucci beach, Melanoma street, where he grew up with his mother and father. The area where he lives was gang infested for most of his life. Even though he and his family were struggling with money they were always law abiding citizens. Trey was tempted many times to join some of his friends and start gang banging with them, but he didn't. He was always a great student and has aspired to become a great lawyer, when he was younger he said he wanted it to "get his friends out of jail". Trey's life wasn't easy, and despite all the temptations he was living a legit life, in an area that is very criminally active. Currently he is attending the Vespucci High school, and still is an "A" student. His parents are pround and work very hard to provide for him. He and his best friend Andre usually hang out after school, he helps his dad with his work sometimes. He loves to play basketball, if he didn't want to become a lawyer, he could be a pro basketball player, at least he thinks so. Supreme Black Nation (SBN) is an African-American street gang primarily active in Vespucci Beach. Their main source of income is the sale of illegal drugs, car theft and robberies. History Supreme Black Nation was formed in the early 1990's by Jeffrey "Big J" Bennett and Jerome Anderson in Vespucci Beach streets in Los Santos. The gang began as a group of young teenagers who were growing up on the rough streets of Los Santos that decided to unite after struggling with protection and money. Jeffrey and Jerome started this group in the late 80's along with 4 more members in the beggining, and they grew as time went by. The group didn't have a name, and they predominantly earned money through drug sales, since it was the easiest to obtain drugs and sell them at the time. The group eventually started expanding, gaining members, that's when the group started expanding it's activities and gaining respect from other gangs. Group got involved into robberies and car theft very quickly, mostly the victims were gullible tourists who were going to the beach. Jerome Anderson's arrest. On January 3rd 1996th Jerome Anderson was caught and put in custody for the charges of Murder and Robbery. SBN's OG was arrested, it was a chaos in the gang, members were accusing each other about setting Jerome up. Jeffrey picked up the leadership quickly and stepped up and put the gang in order. Jeffrey was afraid about Jerome since they had a lot of beef with gangs who were very active and present in prison, he sent someone to protect Jerome. Unfortunately Jerome was killed by one of the rival gangs, and Jeffrey now was the only leader. Jeffrey Bennett's murder. Jeffrery Bennett was murdered by a rival gang member on July 5th 2000th. This was a very unexpected event, although suprisingly gang picked itself up immediately when new leaders stepped on. Demonde and Duante Bennett took over the leadership, they were related to Jeffrey. Demonde and Duante were very quickly forced into the group as they were growing up, and they were very loyal members. The two picked up the throne from their uncle Jeffrey, and soon the gang expanded and started picking itself up again. Demonde and Duante were very connected, they brought a lot more of guns and drugs into the picture and the gang grew. 2010s new chapter. The new chapter came with new leadership, new rivals, new people. This chapter is still going on to this day. The gang is going strong, adapting to the circumstances around it. The area in which it is active became much calmer than earlier on, also the gang activities. SBN is also getting involved in legal businesses, but it is highly suspected they're just laundering money through it, still it is possible to find the dealers on some corners of Bay Avenue, the area they're currently most active in.
