  2. Excuse me, but John Doe notified who, that his service wants to be cancelled? GRUPPE 6 has a very simple online procedure to cancel services, OR you can simply press the "power off" button on your alarm ((/removealarm)) that literally takes no more efforts than shutting down your TV.

Neither have been done by John Doe. Our systems ((script)) clearly shows that the property is alarmed and not disabled. Gruppe 6 has no way to remotely disable an alarm and requires staff visitation on the property. ((Script limitations once more - we are playing with a script here that cannot be modified and we can't do whatever you want with it. There are script options to remove the alarm and neither are done by John Doe. )).

Remove alarm doesn't remove the security contract; a member of your faction has to go to the address and run the command to remove it.

    gZsme8v.png

Yes I know perfectly how it works. The faction member must be /INSIDE/ the property and you see I'm not sending anyone more to get shot.

You can simply /removealarm and then you'll have no Gruppe6 response.

Kolchin aimed first for her to leave; she used her gun. She decided to draw it, and she died.

It doesn't matter if they're in a 'marked, uniformed security' position. They're a civilian. Not a peace officer.

It's not deathmatching, nor do I need corruption permissions for it. Even if it were to be a bad shoot, no corruption permissions would be required as it's investigated in character, which Kolchin complied with.

Holding your holster (not gun) is not drawing a gun and that's not a reason for you to aim and shoot her. Also how do you see her reach her holster when she's inside a car?

What law allows you to aim a gun at someone, to make them leave, when they're not a threat? Simply trespassing is not a threat that should be responded to with usage of a deadly firearm.

Why did you not deescalate the situation by acting like an actual sheriff and showing your badge, stating that your the owner rightfully and informing the guard to alert for changes?

Or why did you not just /removealarm.

Being on someone's property, refusing to leave and having someone tell you to drop your gun is a threat.

She got shot because she decided to pull her gun and aim it back towards Kolchin.

She wasn't shot just for 'trespassing'.

    https://streamable.com/70qbq2

Yes she got shot because she pulled her gun towards Kolchin, yes.

Who aimed first though and who created the threat? I think your video clearly shows Kolchin aiming first, after which the guard replies (like everyone would). Too slow and she lost the situation, sure.

So what law allows Kolchin to aim his firearm at a marked, uniformed security guard who is not utilizing a weapon?

I don't require corruption permissions for a lawful shooting. 🙃

Additionally, as faction leadership. You should entrust those with leadership permissions to know what policies are on an out-of-character basis. The debate on how dashcams work should be cut and dry and lined out within your factions manual. Instead, we have had a mixture of different inputs from different members of your leadership, which is now fitting your faction's narrative rather than being fair to the investigating deputies / Detectives.

Given the circumstances and the information you've put forward regarding how dashcams work, they were not manually activated, nor were the vehicle's lights on. I don't believe there would be any footage of the first instance.

The footage would be saved locally within the vehicles in the second instance. As Price explained, and I concur with my technical knowledge, a system that constantly uploads to a cloud and does not save locally is impossible.

    I believe that you should admit that you were aware of the incident, as enough circumstantial in-character and out-of-character evidence consists of;

    • 6+ Gruppe Schechs officers at one property alarm, which had already been activated in the county. No one present followed G6 policy to contact 911 when an alarm went off. Why would they do that? - Because they're in on it.
    • You have sent an 'email/text messages and so forth' to wipe servers or to 'secure the second floor'.
    • You have provided the media with a cropped version of the audio.
    • Leadership, including yourself, were at the scene. You had removed the CIM of a 'no trespassing sign'. - You knew it had been removed as you had informed the responding admin about it and even said in /b. -  Why would G6 remove a sign? - You were well aware of what was going to happen.
    • You even point out Kolchin to Terry.

    4ScE1ZK.png

    iHQ6Jsx.jpg

    qZWQicK.png

You were well aware of what your faction intended to do. I suggest that any sale, distribution or whatever of the dashcam footage to media before recinded; as by G6's own words, would of been power gamed initially regarding dashcam.

OK so let me explain you a few things because you are honestly quite hooked on to this and I dont understand why. Characters die and go around all the time so I dont see why you are stirring up such a useless drama considering you arent even CKed.

No Gruppe 6 policy requires you to call police on alarms. Your alarm is a ThriftEX which automatically calls police.

You have sent an 'email/text messages and so forth' to wipe servers or to 'secure the second floor'.

This is for a totally different thing and is related  to inventory.

    • 6+ Gruppe Schechs officers at one property alarm, which had already been activated in the county. No one present followed G6 policy to contact 911 when an alarm went off. Why would they do that? - Because they're in on it.
    • You have provided the media with a cropped version of the audio.

That's an IC issue and shows no corruption whatsoever.

Leadership, including yourself, were at the scene. You had removed the CIM of a 'no trespassing sign'. - You knew it had been removed as you had informed the responding admin about it and even said in /b. -  Why would G6 remove a sign? - You were well aware of what was going to happen.

Yes, we removed the sign becaue we were collecting evidence for a lawsuit. Related ot this, you put the sign after the incident.

You even point out Kolchin to Terry.

Yes, I pointed you out to Terry to ask if you're the owner or not. That's shown in multiple photos of mine.

Now I dont know what your issue is but your shooting was not lawful because no law in SA allows you to shoot trespassers who pose no threat to you. You got shot because you aimed first and your deescalation skills as a deputy are equal to those of a davis thug.

    ///

    @Fanden

In regards to Corruption perms for SD. The warrant DID IN FACT include a search of the property, and was signed by a judge. As such, they were not acting in any corrupt fashion by serving the warrant.

The warrant does not include such a thing and noone on the world can make me believe so.

    kFoKLDo.png?width=1075&height=889

Here it says 'ON CLIFFORD HUNTER'.

Below that it says "IF there are any items or properties missing from the approved list, this means they were not deemed sufficient for approval."

So where exactly does it say that my properties can be searched?

    • In regards to the second corruption question, you do not require corruption perms to shoot an armed trespasser on your property as shooting them is legal. Corruption perms are only for a legal character to preform an illegal action.

No law in SA allows you to shoot someone who is in your property, trespassing, armed or not. You're allowed to aim and utilize your firearm only at someone who is posing a threat at you, and the trespass situation means nothing to it, especially when you have a security guard in a uniform and marked security vehicle that is obviously on your house not to rob it. I'm simply following the Penal Code, and that's what you should do too. ref 204. Voluntary Manslaughter, 706. Brandishing a Deadly Weapon

Finally, and most importantly, you say that you have had no IC or OOC knowledge of the illegal conduct of your faction however, according to our ESWs (Electronic Search Warrants) on the phones registered to Clifford Hunter we have clear, not even remotely vague, instances of the character conducting illegal activity in regards to this scene, included but not limited to, instructing others to tamper with evidence surrounding the scene. As I was asked to not share the logs of the texts for privacy reasons, they've been submitted to LFM who can verify the aforementioned statements to be factual. Also in the screenshot above, though not CLEAR, it does elude to rather underhanded deeds in character

I'm saying that I have no OOC or IC knowledge of Terry deciding to shoot Wyatt. I even spoke with multiple admins on the approach ICly with a lawsuit and with my company lawyer, its not in my interest to PK Wyatt out of this situation so he can escape my lawsuit. I'm not a hitman agency and there's absolutely no reason for me to help a simple guard go murder someone. I dont even know why you guys think that is the plan.

Your ESW's show nothing as the SMSs were deleted and phones were never in your access to actually "draw' information. Yes, my character may have asked someone to clear information and so on and that's their own decision, our data is ours and deleting or editing it is our own thing and I as the faction leader decide what data we keep or not, when it doesnt interfer with a court order. Even if it does, that's an IC issue, isnt it? The data that is requested by the search warrant is all given and provuded voluntarily so other than you guys making up FBI agencies and some admin-supplied information (obviously) maybe we should just stick to handling all of this ICly?

I will mention again that this report outcome has no effect on the situation at all because the info wanted by SD is on the first floor, not second. So why are we even doing this, why am I being bombarded with attempts to twist the situation in SD's direction when all you guys can do is remain IC? I'm not going to reply any further here unless asked to do so by the handling admin because I'm explaining the same thing over and over again. Focus your OOC anger towards the guy who killed you and maybe try to remain IC a bit more, honestly, we're here to play a game and not fight OOC because one of my employees shot you in the face because you killed his wife. It's a pretty standard situation of revenge kill as real life actions show it happening as well, so I dont see why are you all turning this OOC yada yada with corruption permissions, asking "FBI" to assist and so others that is obviously an admin backed investigation.

An employee killed a detective without any corruption perms and you were unaware.

Now, another employee "attempted" to wipe data on their own too?

The audio was sent to LSI, as someone here mentioned (?) No lights were activated though?

Yes, I have 50 faction members and I cannot be aware for every thing that they are doing, or are about to do. The employee killing a detective is something that, I will mention again, is his own decision and I havent been made aware of it prior nor was it any plan including to do so. Our (directors) plan was to gather evidence to start a lawsuit ICly.

The whole thing was sent to LSI, I tagged along with what others have told me (as I wasnt there) and went with it.

As I explained above there are other ways to trigger the dashcam to record, and I'm going off by what people tell me - there's dashcam, I roleplay dashcam, I dont investigate how.

SD has broken corruption permissions (unless everyone in SD has corruption permissions) by executing a warrant that does not allow them to enter my property. And does Wyatt Kolchin have corruption permissions to use a firearm against a trespasser, off duty?

I dont even know why are we continuing this, because even if the second floor gets voided nothing changes and SD has all clips (voluntarily given by me) and stuff WITH AUDIO (tenth time) to conclude their investigation.

I have not hid anything they need to conduct their investigation so I dont really know what are you all accusing me of?

  9. On 10/9/2023 at 8:46 AM, Nora said:

@zaXer. We have evidence that shows G6 attempted to wipe all data anyway.

Is that true? And if so, why? Didn't they allegedly submit the footage already?

I need an explanation about the audio too, please.

I can only imagine an employee took precautions to wipe data, however we never roleplayed that and went along as if nobody wiped anything as we wish to cooperate. That changes nothing as footage was already submitted yes.

Yes there is audio on the recorded parts.

  10. On 10/7/2023 at 4:04 PM, Nora said:

@zaXer. Hey, please explain to me how your dashcam works in details. Also, gonna need clarification on what your character actually edited in that screenshot.

    Dashcams work 24/7 and can be monitored live, but;

    recording starts when;

-enabled manually (by pressing a physical button on the dashcam)

-enabled remotely (enabled from offices/a supervisor unit remotely)

    -lights activated (auto start)

The dashcams upload to cloud, which was seized by SD.

    What I edited was, that I replaced all past recordings of that car (my alamo, non patrol car) to be replaced with only the new dashcam that was from the situation, AKA;

    - I did not edit/delete footage from this incident

    - I did not try to mislead anyone or to hide something with the dashcam, I provided it myself to the detectives on my own before even SD having a warrant.

BASICALLY WHY I DID THIS? I didn't want SD to roleplay viewing older footage from this specific vehicle as my character uses this vehicle as their personal "takeaway" car and it may have recorded some personal stuff that my character wishes to be deleted. None of that is related to this situation at all. That older footages may be found interesting for sheriff characters and cause conflict of interest, so my character wanted to keep some stuff private. Again, unrelated to this situation at all.

And to add something: While yes, the second floor is access-only, voiding or not voiding SD's entrance will change nothing to the situation at all because the dashcams they seized are saved on the first floor, not on the second.

Hello, I have spoken to Reece to ask for permission to post here, and he said that was ok.

My reasoning for posting here is that there are some key things I believe need to be appropriately covered, especially with the counterarguments provided by Gruppe Schecs leadership.

Overall, I believe the situation was handled poorly by Gruppe Schecs, whereby instead of the character kill issued by management being a reflective point to improve their standards as it had been issued on out-of-character grounds, they decided to create this situation, which I suspect they are ultimately regretting.

Ever since the start, the first instance, there have been attitudes displaying a play-to-win mentality, starting off with the Dashcam footage. At the scene, I was told by Clifford Hunter that the cameras installed on the vehicles were just the standard dashcams you can buy in the store. They would record 170 degrees forward and backwards and had no audio.

This was roleplayed appropriately at the scene; the scene itself was delightful, and many people enjoyed what came out of it.

There is a dispute following the second instance immediately from the get-go. That behaviour manifested that all individuals present conspired with a play-to-win attitude; all individuals were involved in an in-character aspect, as there is no rational explanation for all those G6 individuals to be present in such a manner. Everyone involved knew exactly what was going to happen. Ironically, no one called 911 from Gruppe Schecs, which they normally do whenever an alarm goes off.

It was at this point your faction decided to focus on damage control rather than fair roleplay.

I have not been contacted at all about the incident since it happened by anyone from Gruppe Schecs, who have been roleplaying things on my behalf, such as saying Kolchins property is still connected to their services, such as the 'audio' which now has suddenly appeared on the dashcam footage. Even to the point of stating that there was a G6 alarm still attached to the side of Kolchin property.

I had never agreed to any of this, which in itself is power game.

Additionally, now that you have clarified that your cameras now only record when there is an activation of lights,

    dxb2crJ.png

No lights were ever on. So, would it be fair to say that there is no dashcam whatsoever?

Please come out with a set ruling, rather than changing it when it suits the narrative you wish to provide.

In regards to the 'cloud system'. I agree with @Price - Even the most wealthy of police forces where I live don't have this level of technology. Everything is stored locally before it can be transferred to a cloud.

Ultimately, I believe the roleplay conducted by the LSSD is fair and realistic, almost on par with what I would do myself as an actual investigator who deals with serious crime. Attempting to deceive on an OOC basis has caused those people stress and upset when they aim to provide a close, realistic, investigative approach to their roleplay.

I'm free to be contacted about anything.

Can you tell me where did I say that the dashcam is forward and backwards and has no audio, because I don't ever recall such a thing?

    • Upvote 1
  12. @Price I am the faction leader of G6 and you probably expect me to be reading this, then I can openly say that what you wrote are blatant lies, and I'm confident about that.

Reading everything that you wrote leads me to one thing - you have never talked to me about any of this situation, for an unknown reason to me. You are being told that "I have corruption permissions from years ago from riots", while this is correct, I have not mentioned ANY of that to anyone and never brought it up as an excuse, so I have no idea who told you that.

I have given exact specs of the dashcams we use and their features,  I use them IRL in my police department and I know perfectly know they work. I even filmed a video of me at work using them, because nobody of you believe.

We have never roleplayed our servers being fried, that roleplay was from weeks ago much before the incident and they just remained to be kept that way. Regardless of this, the servers that store this information is downstairs and you have perfect access to it.

To explain it here - the dashcams in Gruppe 6 record upon activation of the lights, the other time they can be viewed online and enabled to record manually via their application.

I have provided full CCTV about the event and none of my roleplay cropping involved this specific situation, but events from prior days.

So please stop making up (or listening to whoever is speaking with you about me) and come to speak to me instead, so we don't have to go through 11 admins go relate the information over to you.

I will repeat that none of the dashcam footage has been deleted from this incident and I have provided everything in full. I even did so on my own immediately when detectives asked days ago before you got your warrant because I believe that we're innocent on all cases OOC and IC when it comes to this situation because what happened was none of our plans and an individual persons own decision.

So please, you can come and speak with me and get straight facts with OOC video of whatever you want from my police department that I work, and every equipment that we use in G6 displayed in full, real life ,before you star to accuse me of something "doesn't exist" when you, I assume, never use one of what we use, in real life.

I overall believe everyone needs to chill out on this because I can start throwing accusations too. Does everyone in SD receive corruption permissions as part of the recruitment process or you just have very bad management on who has permissions or no, because quite frankly when it comes to this situation everyone from yours is roleplaying corrupt, from the start of the situation with refusing a lawyer IC, to breaking in my offices without having an exact warrant for it, which is also corruption.

Did you hear me complain OOC about it? I'm taking it all IC and never complained, because what is going on is IC and you should stop turning it OOC to twist in your benefit.

Comment: You do realize that this is "interview" is essentially a puff piece for G6 yeah? They're all claiming they did nothing wrong in an attempt to spin this onto a dead cop, dead men tell no tales.

Their guard plead guilty on all 4 charges. FA 201. Capital Murder, MC 310. Trespassing, FB 109. Intimidating a Witness or Victim (Attempt), FC 707. Discharging A Firearm in Public.

Comment: You avoiding to answer the question why did a deputy shoot a suspected trespasser posing no threat to him speaks enough of your bias 🙂

Comment: Obvious attempt at a PR spin by G6. Let's not forget that not only did Sheriff's deputies call the first shooting lawful, I'm sure that all 6 involved G6 will be arraigned. G6 clearly retaliated, unlawfully intimidating and killing him on his own property. As someone who has had some prior experience with G6 and has hired them before, G6 does terrible stuff under even the slightest amount of pressure. The fact that her widower was allowed to respond to the detective's domicile like that shows a clear lack of established protocol inside of the organization. I think it's interesting that G6 is using strong words in this interview, if I were their attorney I'd be telling them to shut up.

G6 has shown their true colors. If G6 does something dumb and you legally shoot them, they will intimidate and get payback and kill you, and they'll defend their actions by painting you as the bad guy in an interview for exercising your rights.

    Name: koastal

Comment: Which right are you exactly exercising when you shoot and murder a person on your property who is not threatening you? Does being a trespasser mean you need to be killed?

It would've been absolutely fine if you went to a fist-fight or escalated it physically rather than jumping on roofs with BMX's and using pistols to shoot like you're an army veteran from 50ft away to do headshots, like, come on, that's sooo poor.

I do agree, being physically agressive is fine, but straight up shooting without any physical altercation before that seems absolutely excessive.
