Agreed. The wanted list doesn't make sense, as it's OOC (i think) and the fact that lockpicks are so expensive, just doesn't make sense. As most the people said here, adding more realistic ways of breaking into cars, with appropriate consequences with each method, would be much better than the current system.

Well, I texted the number and asked about it and it said "Message failed to send" so I don't know what to do.

I bought a truck from a dude and he let me pay for a bit more than half of it and pay the rest later, I know his phone number but not his name, and therefore cannot do a bank transfer.
