    Yeah- the message across staff is not consistent at all. @Igloo has literally just rejected the request for not being at the property (despite waiting there 2 hours last night to no avail aha) We were also informed from other admins that there is no need to wait since it's OOC request.. oh well.

    +1 Sometimes it takes literally 1-2 hours to get a break-in request approved (and you have to wait at the property door!?) I have a wireless headset so the sound prompt would be a major QoL change for me 🙂
