Short description: Changing the vehicle registration system Detailed description: When buying a car the player gets the option to either buy it unregistered or registered (same normal DS price for both). Then the con of buying it unregistered is they need to pay that extra fee when they get caught by PD but still have the option to drive around unregistered Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server?: Right now it makes no sense to pay 10% of the DS price ONTOP of the price you buy a vehicle for. A Dealership should only be able to sell legal vehicles and should come with a plate automatically. It'd make no sense to pay EXTRA for a plate, because it's legally required to have one. The pro of this would be Criminals can still choose to have it unregistered but have the con of having to pay that 10% fee after all if they want to register it. Sort of like the 'import' progress IRL. Additional information: N/A
