Alright, I have enough evidence and statements presented here so I have a good understanding of the events that transpired on the 28th.
Richard Pham and Logan Saint get in to a verbal altercation with one another in the heart of Little Seoul. This verbal altercation turned in to Richard dissing on Logan which is completely fine, sometimes you meet people that are going to be extra’d out and not like who you are as a person. This verbal altercation took a wild turn of events once Richard decided to follow behind Logan as Logan walked away. Logan withdrew his knife as a defensive measure to intimidate Richard. That didn’t go as plan, seeing as Richard had a firearm on him.
On that note, I won’t be taking any action against the reported party. Once you pulled out your knife and pointed it towards the reported party, you became a threat to him as you yielded a deadly weapon. I understand that this scenario can be very frustrating but take this as a learning experience.
