    Mental health is a delicate and serious subject however I wouldn't consider someone making the decision to CK their character by self-inflicting pain on to themselves as disgusting roleplay. Sure, nobody wants to see that shit done in a public setting. Members of this community have the right to roleplay their character as they want. 

     

    If you're going about this way of killing your character, just do that shit in private. Nobody wants to see screenshots or posts of you self-inflicting pain on to your character.

    Alright, I have a clear understanding of what went on in this scenario. Please bear with me as I go into detail behind my ruling pertaining to this scene. 

     

    Based off the evidence and statements collected here, Brad Sachs and Eric Deeds decided to do a false insurance claim here by running in to the vehicle headfirst. To no avail, this turned in to the reporting party jacking Ramon's car. They put their berretta to the driver side window and pleaded for Ramon to step out of the vehicle. I'll be completely honest here, in situations like this you can be taken back on out of character level so your response time would be a tad bit slower. It's not like Ramon intended to stall the RP and based off of both perspectives, I don't see any definitive evidence that points to him stalling the RP. There was no reason for you guys to go in to /b and start to call Ramon a noob and claim that he wasn't roleplaying because both perspectives of this incident showcase him roleplaying accordingly. Sure, the scene didn't go your guy's way, but you escalated it to an armed robbery once you pulled out your gun. You guys should've done your due diligence by patting Ramon Juarez down once he exited the vehicle.

     

    On that note, I see no reason to punish Ramon Juarez in this scenario.

    Whilst we wait on the reported party, I do have some questions for you @Brad Sachs.
     

    Are you able to send me the version of this video that includes audio as well? 

     

    Can you explain the discord conversation that you were having as well in the middle of this scenario?

    We don't do CK requests through regular player reports, this needs to be handled through the proper channels.
