Introduction:
Alvaro Santana born on 8/12/2002 in the City of Medellín, Colombia. He was born to his parents Julio and Dyanis Santana. He is the Nephew of Savario Santana and Leticia Ramos who are the brother and sister to his father Julio.
Alvaro lived a happy life as a kid growing up on the streets of Medellin. He had friends and he had his family as well. When Alvaro was fourteen, he met a kid name Jorge who was active in a local street gang in his city. Alvaro and Jorge became really close, they would do almost everything together on the streets, from stealing car radios and selling drugs. Alvaro’s family didn’t approve of this as his family had ties to the active narco groups and political figures throughout Colombia, they have an image to maintain and Alvaro is damaging that image on the streets. One day, Julio and Dyanis decide that they are going to move out of the city in to the surrounding suburbs of Medellin to keep Alvaro out of trouble. Alvaro loved his family but he also loved to make money as well with his friend Jorge.
When Alvaro turned sixteen his mother and father had a business meeting to attend to, so he gave them a kiss goodbye and they said that they will see him later. Around 10AM, Alvaro gets a call from his Aunt Leti, she tells him that his parents have died in a car accident. Alvaro is hurt by this news, a few days later they host a funeral and mourn over the loss of Julio and Dyanis Santana. Before they passed, Leti and Savi made a promise to their brother Julio that if anything was to happen to them that they will look after Alvaro, giving him the best that they could.
From sixteen to eighteen, Alvaro has been living in Colombia causing mayhem throughout the City of Medellin. His Aunt Leti moved to Los Santos with her husband Alejandro after Alvaro’s parents died. Savi was busy running his drug operation throughout Colombia, so nobody was watching over Alvaro. One day Leti gets a call from a police officer back in Medellin, the officer tells Leti what’s been going on around the city with Alvaro. So, Leti decides that she is going to get Alvaro a passport and a work visa through her holding company to bring him to Los Santos and hopefully keep him out of trouble....

Couldn’t agree more with this. Most properties in real life that are in low income areas are rental properties.

You can check the map and see that there is no rentable property in Davis or Rancho aside from motels. I'd like to add too that they're not RPing the fear that someone who grew in Vinewood/Vespucci would feel while living in areas like Davis and in the same time having a car that costs more than his house. Ingame the worst that could happen is getting robbed or PKed but irl living in a place like this is a mental and physical strain that someone from Vinewood/Vespucci would never cope with especially while having cash to move somewhere else it all comes down to common sense and realistic portrayal of the character.
Realistically though just because someone is living in Vinewood/Vespucci doesn’t mean they can’t survive or be scared to go in to Davis/Rancho. There could be underlying factors in their background story like how they could be from a different city than Los Santos and had a rough upbringing.

Introduction:
Salvatore DiSanto is a young and upcoming Italian gangster residing in Pillbox Hill, Los Santos. Born August 5th, 1997 in Broker, Liberty City to Carmine and Lilliana DiSanto. Sal is a third generation Italian-American. When Sal was ten years old his father passed away from a drug overdose leaving Sal's mother the only one to care for him. Sal started to commit crimes at a very young age, when Sal was fifteen he started stealing electronics from abandoned cars on the street and selling them to make a quick dollar. At the age of sixteen he did two years in a Juvenile Detention Facility in Liberty City for Distributing Narcotics around his high school. He was expelled from his high school serving his time until his eighteenth birthday, after being released he met with one of his friends Carmine Mancini to talk about what Sal was going to do moving forward now that he was released. Sal made the decision to go back to the narcotics game and start distributing again the only way he knew how to make money. Sal has since than stopped distributing narcotics in Liberty City and has moved to Los Santos to start a new life for himself.

Hey @Odin ! I was very short with what I was saying with them through OOC because I was in the middle of another RP. I was all over the place at the time and didn’t really understand how the CCTV through OOC Chat worked. I personally would love too see this voided as I made a mistake that I’m truly sorry about. I spoke briefly with Jason Malone OOC how I misunderstood the role play scenario and the events that were happening due to it being around ten minutes after I left the club I received the PMs about the CCTV. Like @Allerion stated above I would love to see this voided with your approval Odin as I’m aware of the mistake that I made and how my decisions impacted Brooklyn’s character development which I’m deeply sorry about.

To be honest I misinterpreted / misread the roleplay, that's all it was, which I apologized for. I explained to both Lucy and John Monroe what happened. Personally I don't think we should of been using /pm's or /b as a source for CCTV.
We were swimming in the jacuzzi together, talking and flirting about grabbing a cup of coffee. I had to leave and you ladies asked me why I was leaving so soon. I'm truly sorry if this stunted the growth of your character development it wasn't my intentions.
