Valter "Silent" Reyes Another one of the Reyes twins from Amarillo Vista. Valter grew separated from Damian while their parents dealt with a divorce, only to return at the age of 14. Owed to a variety of family traumas and a speech impairment, Valter allowed Damian to interpret for both, despite Valter being the oldest of the two. He was inducted into the gang alongside his brother, earning the name Silent. He rose through the gang's ranks simultaneously as his brother, both being considered a "two-for-one" deal, serving more often than not as the muscle and back-up for his twin brother, up until the downfall of Hillside, at which point Valter opts to stick around as Damian's right hand man in his ventures as a member of the Mexican Mafia. He's rather the polar opposite of Damian, being thoughtful but still with his own share of violent outbursts. Valter was seen was an uncle figure to some of Hillside's younger members.
