I think the rule should be that cctv stands, but that the party using it needs to be highly consistent in how they apply it. Shadow play and such very rarely captures the shot from an angle the cctv would so the injured party should factor that in always. Also i think the camera should be visible (it can be discreet)
For dashcams I think either the user needs to point out the camera or if it is " hidden" they need to only use an appropriate head on angle and no text (do dashcams do sound? )

Time and place. Sometimes a short note can portray just as much as a lengthier one.,its about the timing and the flow for me. Long /me can at times loose the flow through over detail, short ones can struggle to create a mood. My conclusion, mix it up!

Superior Court of San Andreas
Court Judgement
After thorough review of the case Capitol Investments LLC v. Chadwick Williamson, the Superior Court has come to a verdict on the allegations and is thus ready to deliver a ruling in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local law and/or ordinance to ensure fair and just enforcement of the law within the boundaries of the state. It is of the official opinion of the court that;
- Default on payment of a loan at the initial value of $100,000 USD.
And thus in support of the narrative, it is the finding of the court that in the case matter at hand, the court rules;
That the court agrees with the Civil Petition on the following grounds;
- Summary judgement made in favour of the plaintiff due to non-appearance in court by the defendant and the court being satisfied with the argument presented by the plaintiff.
And it is henceforth ordered that the defendant shall be held responsible for restitution with the following demands;
- Forfeit and transfer of ownership of Annis ZR-380 Plate:BXF247 to the plaintiff
It is henceforth ordered by Judge Henry O'Shea, and shall be carried out without delay. The court is now dismissed.

Mr Welch, I suggest you get updates on proceedings from your attorney and in turn talk to the court through your attorney. I'm not a huge fan of plaintiff's trying to drive the pace of trial.

To be clear we get a number of people contact us to inform their circumstances have changed and they don't want to proceed. Its fine and we deal with it.
The issue is you made no attempt to inform us OOC and IC. And be honest if you'd have just said "sorry, I should have told you" I wouldn't have reported
It's just a series of weak excuses as I have no idea how this had stopped your character development for 23 days? You were arrested on 10th July, bailed on the 11th and name changed the character sometime between the 15th and 19th. Arrest is a consequence, bail is a consequence and court is a consequence of character actions and part of what I would consider character development.
The rules of court are clear, if we are hindering your rp tell us and we will act. But you didn't
And yes you can send your character on the run, but their are consequences to that also

Rules broken: Rule 1 Common Courtesy (Leaving the server during roleplay)

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit): Lamparalli is the defendant in active court case and Tito had been assigned as his public defender. At his request we were preparing to defend a not guilty plea and were working through the necessary pre-work that we are required to undertake. I did a MDC search on the character which returned no results, so I contacted the player who advised me he "name changed to a new character. RPly Michael Lamparelli has left town for a while, he isn't dead or anything".
In my opinion this is no different to someone logging mid roleplay hence the choice of rule 1 for this report.
My point
- when contacted the player was dismissive of the whole situation. I have no idea when they were going to get round to informing me of this.
- Even if his plan was to roleplay this non-existent character as a bail absconder on the forum he actually needs to rp this on the forrum
- I find it ridiculous that someone would jump bail for a 3 day sentence that would most likely result in time served
- It takes several hours each for at least three members of the JSA to offline work their way through each court case. We don't mind doing this, but for people just to namechange without notifying means this is time we would have spent supporting someone who wants the court experience as part of their RP.
- Further to this they could have just pleaded guilty and avoided dragging us through the process
- Stating you have left town is also avoiding the consequences of RP. If found guilty they are no in-game consequences, but they are happy to let us burn time for no reason
I would like to say I wouldn't have made this report if they had made even a token effort to apologize, but instead they were just arrogant about the whole thing.I checked this out with LFM (Cheezy) also before making the report.

Mt Moscropp, unfortunately as this is a civil matter you have no access to a Public Defender.
In relation to your request for what is termed Pro Bono work that is a matter for an attorney to determine and something I cannot instruct. My suggestion would be to make contact with a lawyer in the court directory in order to understand your options better.
We will adjourn for 24 hours in order for you to engage a lawyer and make a decision. If after that time you still do not have counsel I will assume you are to represent yourself. Whatever the outcome at that time we will then recess for a period for you to get your defence organised.

It's a roleplay server not a daily grind server. I've been around for a while now and I do think you see characters move in different directions as they develop. A lot of characters become imperfect, but some do being extremely wealthy doing jobs that do not really justify it. Whilst the server has flash cars and jobs that allow that wealth to be accumulated it will happen so I just role with it
