I'm going to conclude this report. From what I can see it's clear cut why @CAkilled you. It has been logged in several change logs in the past if you disconnect whine in death/injured state you lose your items, this is not a bug, it's purposefully designed this way to stop people getting into a conflict and DCing to save their items. If you have to go ASAP, don't put yourself in a scenario where you may get into a violent scene.
As for the fact you went out of your way to OOCly target @CAwith a secondary character due to spite, I'll be issuing @Kutta a 3 day ban off the server. No voids, report concluded. -
A pretty clear cut report.
I won’t comment on the claims of the reporting party metagaming through VOIP as there’s no substantial evidence, no clear communication either. This is a nonissue to me.
In terms of the actual report it’s self, there were 4 men and 2 of you. Robberies like this happen in real life, some get away with it, others do not. In this circumstance you bit off more than you can chew, which led to William fleeing. Given he is part of a militant criminal group he decided to fire at you. If he had just fled? It would be a detriment to his characters reputation and potentially dangerous long term, given the type of social environment he is included in.
I will say however that William should have made an effort to /me his intentions when fleeing, but it doesn’t majorly change how the situation played out.
Fear RP in this situation was not broken in my opinion, given the circumstances of both sides affiliations. I’ll be not issuing any punishments, beside a verbal warning to Bandit for not role playing his escape.
Scene won’t be voided, it’ll resume as IC.

I'm going to concluding this report.
Firstly, this scene will be voided & any items lost can be made via a refund request, be sure to tag me. In terms of the level of escalation, if we're being 'technical' about it, it's reasonable force to then pull a weapon for something like that.
However;
1) Elsbeth owned the store, it was her right to tell him to leave for obscene comments etc. against her friend group
2) Elsbeth is legally orientated, when someone is trespassing it's not really a problem to call the cops
3) Luke Mills hopped the counter, she drew a knife (upping the escalation). If Luke had then pulled a gun and shot her there and then? I could understand the immediate justification. Chasing her down after a tense issue and murdering them, after brief police intervention (with no arrests etc.)? Is nonsensical to me and I disagree with it as a form of escalation and shows a DM mentality in regards to that.
Based off this, I will be warning Luke Mills for poor escalation, everything was OK up until the murder. I could have understood if it was a crime in the moment, but it then became premeditated over a heated scuffle at the bar.

Unfortunately players don't choose who takes their reports, but if you believe there is further bias I recommend you take it to staff management.

Locked. This was probably one of the most progressive, influential & realistically portrayed MCs on the server. Shout out to these guys who truly set the RP scene and standard. I'm awarding them honorary official faction status just on how ELITE this RP was. Truly inspirational.

Based on the reported evidence above, looting is inherently against the rules albeit in certain situations. You both showed a loot mentality, a lack of regard for your characters wellbeing and lives by prioritizing stealing weapons (that had just been used in a murder) instead of trying to escape the situation. You also have an ongoing report for behaviour similar to this & a history of being jailed for looting.
Going off your records, I shall be issuing these punishments:
Camila Rivera will be receiving a 7 day ban for: Looting in an active situation, lack of roleplay & regard for their characters well being, lacklustre roleplay.
Nova Valentina will be receiving a 1 hour 30 minute a-jail for: Looting in an active situation, lack of roleplay & regard for their characters well being, lacklustre roleplay.
I suggest you both put more effort into your RP & read the rules further, your mentality on how you play the server is not one befitting that of what we look for.

After a thorough investigation lasting a couple months, we looked at the quality of RP, portrayal and also administrative records & are not comfortable with this faction further existing on the server. Due to this through a unanimous decision via IFM we are archiving this unofficial group. You may keep your characters, but may no longer associate as a group, or roleplay when committing illicit activities together.

My first questions will be this:
Why did you both engage in looting in the middle after a shootout?
Why did Nova Valentina get shot and then proceed to loot without even taking any of her injuries into consideration?

This situation from where Bryce died will be voided. @Fabulouspost a refund request if you lost anything.
Carlos Espiga will be receiving a 60 minute a-jail for his actions. I have seen the logs and saw that you attempted to trash it, so I'm willing to be a bit lenient. Do not let this behaviour occur again please.
