What about adding a rule that says once you scam someone for more than 20k, the victim player has automatic permission to Character Kill you if you don't have the money to give back. Of course everything should be monitored by an admin. Above mentioned amount of money is really really hard to earn and I can't think of what action or IC punishment can compensate that amount.

100 hours have passed. I enjoyed every single hour of gameplay on this server. Admins and testers are really responsive, the community so far is okay. BUT, one thing was really really annoying for me and it's Property Requests and their wait time. You submit one request and wait 5 days to be denied because of something no one told you when you asked, and after that comes next 5 days of waiting just to be denied for another reason that you need to change for next 5 days waiting time. I don't blame anyone, but I think it can be faster than that.

I support this because there could be more roleplay between the prisoners and guards, also some prison factions can turn up easily. For this to happen Prison Time must be reduced but still kept at the fearsome boundary and DOC system must be revamped. I'm not sure if it's okay to mention but LSRP system is the only thing I can think of right now. Your time spent in prison was joyful because you're actually surrounded with one or two factions that focus on inmate roleplay and your sentence can be a HUGE part of your character development because real situations happened in there.
