Is the server still lagging? I mean, I've had less than 20 FPS when I was playing before. Are here some improvements since then?

It's a bit expensive for a game. I'd prefer to spend money on irl things and allat but I'd really enjoy to play this game. I watched some youtube videos and it looks amazing.
