Not just that, but you come up with a Benson, INFRONT OF LSPD Mission Row, talking to Andreas while he's inside an LSFD Vehicle, WITH a dashcamera, coming with threats, also KNOWING Andreas has a pistol. (Not at that time though, fac policy.) Which in it's case isn't only provocative, but gives also enough proof for IC measures to happen. This guy feels no fear for his character, just using IMEX trucks to ram whoever he does not like, showing disregard of his character.

Explanation of the incident (500 word limit): The day before, 26/10/2022, Dudu Petroi was going onto the beach in Vespucci going recklessly around and rammed a lifeguard patrol. A whole situation got sorted from there, in which today, he met Andreas over at Harmony, talking smack to him and such. He'd then escalate by provoking Andreas, before he took his IMEX truck and rammed his car, went possibly to IMEX HQs and logged off before the 30 minutes.

I think it's a great asset to have in the server tbh. It also helps to know stuff is going down when it's needed. There could be a rule to not use it within a certain amount of time though. But for this, I'm giving a -1.

Multiple times, when joining the server and choosing a character, I get TP'ed to MRS. It's been happening then doing /changechar aswell. It have happened frequently when choosing "Last location".

Alright, seeing this being not well taken, I'd have an admin L&A this. It was just a suggestion with a lot of thoughts in mind. It was not in my mind to attack, nor go against anyone in any way. However, I thank you all for the opinions.

Okay so I am very bad at explaining. And I don't mean it badly to be honest. If it is too obvious, sure. Go ahead and void. But you also have those who drives like dicks, and they crash, they void it and blame it on lag or desync, even though it's obvious it's not, they know we can't see their screen. If more people can RP crashes, I am okay with it. It's just a suggestion, not trying to enforce everyone to go through it. (Yes I know it's stated in my suggestion, but I got myself a little off, thanks ADHD for that)
Trying to get more RP going in GTA:W in the traffic situations for example. Also not only for LEO and FD, but maybe also for mechanics. That people take their beloved car to mechanic, give them RP to fix the vehicles and not JUST upgrading it instead of /vp and /vg. -

Should have a form of enforcement anyways, people driving properly or not is an IC matter though, those who are caught by PD has their consequences. However, RP'ing car crashes, should be enforced if no proof with extent of lag or desync is present.

I see everyday that players void car crashes and such about 90% of the time. I want some rule where players SHOULD rp it regardless of "desync" or lag, unless it can be proven to the full extent that it's not the players fault at that time, which leads to the question of "Why are you playing GTAW if you lag too hard? Shouldn't be driving then."
And when people RP it, it means more RP for LEO and FD, aswell as for the player(s) in said crashes, which we really would like, so they don't get called to shootouts and such all the time. Variations give more motivations.
Atleast try to enforce it more when desync issues is fixed though. -
