Overall Explanation (250 word limit) :
As a starter. During on-duty me and Elizabeth Nixon were looking for an L-RAW, in which we found Teezy Lafael outside of Blue Lion after scouting inside the business. Once trying to confront Teezy, he immediately /vg'ed his vehicle and drove off right after. We lost him right afterwards.
Fast forward an hour later, we meet him inside the bar at Blue Lion, he's then masked. However when he was "thrown out" from the business, he runs straight inside to the Plastic Surgeon by Mission Row, and changes his appearance. Once coming back, I RP'ed recognizing him and called 911. Once Police comes to the scene, he has multiple guns pointed at him, but he walks towards the officers forwards and backwards and then hops into a car, before getting into a pursuit against the PD, as the guys inside the car drive-bys the officer chasing.Accusation 1 (50 words): Powergaming. /vg'ing a vehicle during a confrontation with PD.

Accusation 2 (50 words): Powergaming. Changing appearance to not be recognised even though he was seen just minutes before when he ran inside.

Wow, I am late.
Hi!
I am your Norwegian friend that's been in the Roleplay business since 2016.
I have no idea what else to say really.
I've been roleplaying in Owlgaming MTA since 2016 and once that shut down, I've been jumping through several Roleplay servers and fallen onto GTA World in 2020-2021 and kept it going since then, so some of you already know me, and some of you don't 😮
That's all I got in mind right now. See you ingame! 😄

His identification gave out the name of Treyvon Hill, which exactly matched his description with his photo.

I did not lose any visual contact with the suspect.

It lasted for around 3-4 minutes. It ended in a back yard in the closest house in the cross of Cougar Avenue and Prosperity Street. Suspect got tazed by another Officer involved in the foot pursuit.

The pursuit ended because the suspect's vehicle got spiked and they spun out and hit a tree at the cross of Bay City Avenue and Cougar Avenue. The suspect then went on a foot pursuit.

"At first, under my patrol, I noticed said Torrence standing in the middle of the road, and my ALPR decided to pull the License Plates from the vehicle, in which my ALPR notified there was some issues with the driver's license of the Registered Owner, in which the name came up as Treyvon Hill. I decided to turn my Emergency Lights on in an attempt to pull the vehicle over. However the Torrence started speeding up afterwards, where I had to initiate a pursuit."

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) : Upon Responding to a 911 call in LSPD, my character decided to respond to ULSA for the call, and once he got there, he noticed some people running from the scene as he tried following them. Upon following, the car started running so I decided to initiate a pursuit. After 30 seconds of pursuing them, they crashed into a pole, flipped and hit a wall opposite of the road and started shooting with no RP or an actual reason what so ever before running again.
Accusation 1 (50 words): Common Courtesy - Did not RP the crash.
