THE MORNING GLORY By Jacob Anderson | September 17, 2017 Blaine County is known as the Morning Glory of the U.S.A with its beautiful nature with its healthy wildlife, the long roads and Orville's brewery, which is known for their corn whiskey that melts on your tongue, and their moonshine which will clear up your sore throat in seconds. But under the blanket of the smallest province in San Andreas an ugly truth has been revealed. Blaine County is the Amphetamine capital of San Andreas, with multiple groups trying to take over the market in smaller towns such as Sandy Shores, Grapeseed and Paleto bay. Both Motorcycle clubs and white supremacist related groups are fighting for the control of the County. Sadly, this war will cost both civilian lives through the violence, but also through the drug itself. The Sheriff department is well aware of the problem drug problem in their county, but they are still trying to promote the happier life in the country side. THE LOS SANTOS DRUG EPIDEMIC By Michael Westbrook | November 09, 2017 Los Santos Times journalist Jonathan Webb sparked national controversy with his 2009 White Alliance series which alleged that the influx of Sandy Shore's amfetamin started and fueled the 1960s meth epidemic. Investigating the lives and connections of Los Santos Meth dealer John Anderson, Peter Daniels, and Jack Kruger, Webb alleged that money made from these amfetamin deals were funneled to the underground biker enviorment. Although Webb never claimed that the bikers directly aided drug dealers, it echoed the Maria Committee conclusion that the DEA was aware of large shipments of Amfetamin into the U.S. by Contra personnel. The United States Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General rejected that there was a "systematic effort by the DEA to protect the drug trafficking of the Contras". The DOJ/OIG reported: "We found that Peter and Jack were major drug traffickers who made a fortune at the expense of countless drug users and the communities in which these so called junkies lived, just like other drug dealers of their magnitude. They also contributed some money to the local hospital in their comunity. But we did not find that their activities were the cause of the amfetamin epidemic in Los Santos.

Rudy Dominguez. Benjamin Dominguez. Maria Dominguez Benjamin Dominguez was born in Rancho. He grew up there with his family, which consisted of his mother, Maria, and two older brothers Angel and Adriano. Benjamin had a father as well, Rudy. Rudy was not home a lot he was often out and coming home late at night just to tuck Benjamin and his brothers into bed and then leaving early in the morning. This left Benjamin’s mother, Maria alone with all the boys and a house to manage. This amount of pressure that was placed on Maria’s shoulders was too much to handle and every now and then the family had their fall outs with each other, but as a family, they still remained intact and knew that deep inside, they loved each other. Benjamin did not grow up in a nice neighborhood and therefore he was introduced to the wrong sort of friends. They had an incredibly bad influence on him and when Benjamin was 13-14 years old, he spent all of his time with them. Rancho is a tough place and you had to be touched in order to survive. Benjamin learned this the hard way and was jumped by a rival clique one late night on his way home from the local grocery store. He had to spend the night with his mother in the local hospital with broken ribs and a concussion. After the incident Benjamin began to hang-out with the local gang members of Rancho 13 members. One of the local OG's who goes by the name of Hazard had a positive impact on Benjamin's behavior in the streets of Rancho making him a hard headed peewee Benjamin began doing robberies, and selling dope for the function.

Like on so many SAMP servers /blindfold was not only a good way IC to make sure people won't MG, but also a great help when using PS. Personally I think this would both cut down on the MG, and even make the screens more clean.
