Display text over the heads of players who are typing.

Short description: Add (( Typing )) over a players head when they have the chatbox open

Detailed description: As a simple way to avoid talking over people in roleplay, or doing /me's at the same time, simply add text above a players head that says (( Typing )) so players know when other players are typing. That way we can avoid talking over each other while doing interviews or general RP situations where people will know who is typing the next response. It's a simple easy way to speed up roleplay and avoid confusion.

Support, this could also be used to tell if a person is typing a response or is AFK.

Maybe not the word 'typing' over their heads, but some small indicator that won't break the immersion, like an asterisk.  Just an idea

I think this is the way to go about it. It'd also really cut down on situations where it comes to conflict and someone is left mid way through typing as it initiates.
