52 Hoover Gangster Crips

The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips (commonly referred to as "5-Deuce Hoover Gangster Crips") are a long standing set of Hoover Criminals located in the Western district of South Los Santos. Also known as the "Yung Hoggz", they were founded in the early 1970s and are a subset of the larger Hoover Criminal umbrella. They are the only Hoover set still carrying the Crip moniker due to their close alliances with the 52 Broadway Gangster Crips and 53 Avalon Gangster Crips.

 

Their closest alliance outside of the Hoover card is with the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, forming the 512 Gangster Crips alliance together. Their neighborhood sits directly to the south of the Trouble Gangster Crips, dominating the cul-de-sac on Grove Street.

 

All sets of the Hoover Criminals refer to Grove Street as "Groove Street" to pay homage to their origins as a street gang, when they were known as the Hoover Groovers. Due to their large list of enemies and dwindling turf, it is very common to see 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, 52 Hoover Gangster Crips, and 59 Hoover Criminals in each other's neighborhoods.

 

The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips are long-term rivals of 4-Pacc Gangster Crips, 6-Pacc East Coast Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 30s Harlem Crips, Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 50s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips, 65 Menlo Crips, 67 Neighborhood Crips, Bloodstone Pirus, Bloodstone Villains, Bloodstone Villains, Fruit Town Brims, Harvard Park Brims, Van Ness Gangster Brims, and Travieso Gangsters 13. The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips have taken on most rivals and allies of the Gangster Crip and Hoover cards, though they tend to focus on those closest to them.

 

The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips are closely allied with other Hoover Criminals, as well as other gangs close to them that still follow or support the 3X movement such as the 40s Avalon Gangster Crips, 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, 52 Broadway Gangster Crips, 53 Avalon Gangster Crips, 71 Gangster Crips, 83 Gangster Crips, 88 Avalon Garden Crips, 96 Dollars Earned Always Gangster Crips, 112 Broadway Gangster Crips, 118 Gangster Crips, By Yourself Gangster Crips, Harvard Gangster Crips, Mad Ass Gangster Crips, and Playboy Gangster Crips.

 

Other alliances are with the 78 Hard Time Hustler Crips, 87 Kitchen Crips, Black P. Stones, Grape Street Watts Crips, Innocence Family Gangster Bloods, Shotgun Crips, and Paybacc Crips. Current truces and ceasefires are against the 99 Mafia Crips, Laguna Park Gangsters 13, and Mara Salvatrucha 13.
