One of Legal Faction Management's primary goals and motivations is to further expand on the potential roleplay opportunities legal roleplay have within the server. This board is utilized to facilitate these requests.

1 — Legal Money Grants

These requests have been created in order to facilitate legal funds for businesses or individuals looking to expand their concepts. There are no monetary limits for the requests, however, the requests must remain realistic. There are certain requirements that must be fulfilled for a legal money grant to be accepted. Note that these Legal Money Grants only apply to unofficial factions and businesses, official factions may contact their handler for funding.

Note that we only offer one-time grants or monthly funding grants.

Disclaimer:

Money issued via Legal Money Grants is fully traceable back to it's original owners, meaning Law Enforcement entities are able to identify the origin of the money, should the money be used to illicit criminal activities (via salaries or otherwise), Legal Faction Management will comply with any sort of financial warrants in providing Law Enforcement information or details, should any of the money issued be utilized for criminal activities (while this does not directly implicate criminality and responsibility by a business, it does mean that money, particularly issued via salaries, that is then used to illicit criminal activities, will end up being traceable, so a measure of caution will be required by individuals utilizing this money for criminal activities). Legal Money Grants are not allowed to be used to directly or indirectly (via the means of money laundry) fund illegal activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Your character requires to have at least 40 hours of playtime on the server.
The concept and surrounding roleplay must strictly be legal, meaning that the money must not be utilized to facilitate any sort of illegal activities unless specifically accepted by Faction Management.
The business/unofficial faction you are applying for must have a business script approved or in the process of approval (application/property/business awaiting payment) by Property Management prior to requesting a Legal Money Grant.
The money must only be utilized for the concept, which was approved.
The Legal Money Grant must aim to provide roleplay to others and not just your own character.
The request must have a valid budget plan including where the money spent will go.
Upon approval, your assets will be closely monitored to ensure no abuse.

2 — Passive Income Requests

These requests have been created in order to provide legal players that utilize unique concepts with passive income for financial stability, these assets are not monitored and are open for free usage without any limitations as long as the funding isn't exclusively used for illegal activities and it's primarily to facilitate legal concepts. You do not need to be part of any business or faction for these requests.

Examples of passive income include and is limited to;

(1) Sponsorship or partnership deals surrounding sports or unique activities.
(2) Character retirement and pension payments.
(3) Cultural deals involving monitization (Music Artists, DJs, Non-AI painters/artists, ...).
(4) Careers that enable realistic monitization (Journalism, Modelling, Influencers, ...)
(5) Unique work that offers little to no compensation in the server atmosphere (Event organizers, Clothing designers, ...)

Note that we only offer one-time income requests. Note that these requests are considered low priority in comparison to other requests on this thread.

REQUIREMENTS

Your character requires to have at least 60 hours of playtime on the server.
You are limited to;
- $200,000 on the first Passive Income Request.
- $350,000 on the second Passive Income Request.
- $500,000 on the third and any further Passive Income Requests.
You may make 1 Passive Income Request per every 2 months.
You are required to have and actively roleplay a unique concept which enables for you to earn passive income.
The concept of your passive income must be strictly legal, however, the passive income may be minimally utilized for illegal activities as long as it's not exclusively used for illegal activities.
The money granted from this Passive Income Request may be freely utilized for personal spending.
The Passive Income Request is primarily to continue facilitating already existing concepts being played out by your character.

3 — Legal Supply Requests

These requests have been created in order to facilitate certain items to enable a business to further establish upon their concept. There are no limits for these requests, however, each supply request must be paid for in full prior to the supply being granted by Legal Faction Management. Note that these Legal Supply Requests may only be applied for by unofficial factions with a good reputation and standing.

Note that we only offer one-time legal supply requests.

We offer a range of items and utilities for the business, including but not limited to;

Non-Lethal Weaponry (Tasers, Batons, ...)
Security / Tracking Services (Bugs, Trackers, Device Scanners, ...)
Treatment Items (Prescription Drugs, Medical Equipment, ...)

REQUIREMENTS

Your character requires to have at least 40 hours of playtime on the server.
You must have an unofficial faction with a good reputation and standing.
The concept and surrounding roleplay must strictly be legal, meaning that the items must not be utilized to facilitate any sort of illegal activities unless specifically accepted by Faction Management.
The items must only be utilized for the concept, which was approved.
If you plan on re-selling or redistributing the items, you must clearly state so within the application.
