The first couple of years Manuel lived in Charleston with his mother, father and uncle all under the same roof, but his father had other idea. He wanted to move out of the so called 'ghetto' which was controlled by Florencia 13 but that would prove to be harder then just that since he himself is a member of the gang, and his own brother Jesus, Manuel's uncle is a high ranking member of the gang. Upon moving out of Charleston aiming for Lower Power Street Juan and Maria thought they could keep their childrend safe, but as seen before the gang culture of South Central LS was just around the corner. During Manuel's teenage years he, and some friends began calling themselves Wicked Vandals. Skipping not more then ten years ahead Wicked Vandals saw themselves as one of the many smaller cliques in the Downtown area of LS selling mostly 'Skante & Calca' to the many addicts in the area, also by this time his uncle Jesus Aguilera had reached out to Manuel influencing the clique into becoming a part of the Florencia umbrella, but not long after that Manuel was arrested for attempted murder during a robbery gone wrong, but even tho he was sitting in a cell he still controlled the gang through his younger-brother's friend Edgar Dominguez also known as Ghost. During his stay in Twin Towers Manuel would have gotten in contact with a la eMe associate by the name of Pancho whom liked Manuel, and he could easily see what he could bring to the table of the organization.
