[UCP] Delete or fix the server record status from the UCP

The server record status (you can see your own on the UCP) is extremely useless or not working, recently I have been applied for the Guard Card and I got rejected because an admin jail that I received two weeks ago but the UCP says that my server record is "in good standing", so what's the point of keeping this feature if it gives wrong information about your account?
