Before the 190 East Coast Neighborhood Blocc Crips turned Neighborhood/East Coast Crips, they went by the Del Amo Crips. The 190 East Coast Crips originally went by Del Amo Crips because they stayed on the southern part of Del Amo Blvd. Around this time, there were a few other Crip gangs residing in the area, such as: the Leadership Crips; the Westside Blocc Crips; and the Eastside Block Players, who later merged with the del Amo Crips to form the Del Amo Blocc Crips. The Del Amo Blocc Crips became the 190 East Coast Crips by the early 1980s. Big Kelsey—one of the founders of the Del Amo Crips—is currently serving hard time in prison. What was originally known as one of the nicest neighborhoods turned into the most dangerous areas in Vinewood Hills. The 190 East Coast Blocc Crips gang was formed in a middle-class neighborhood on the east side of Vinewood Hills, San Andreas. The 190 East Coast Blocc Crips are known as one of the most hated gangs in Hawick District. The 190 East Coast Blocc Crips territory stretches all the way from Del Amo Blvd to Wilmington Ave, between Wilmington Ave and University Ave, Over the years the 190, East Coast Blocc Crips have expanded and grown more prominent, gaining a lot of popularity in Vinewood for their infamous crimes, although the 190 East Coast Blocc Crips stay in the Hawick District, they have picked up a lot of beef all over the East and West side of LS. The 190 East Coast Neighborhood Blocc Crips consist of two different ruthless cliques known as the Young Bastards and Del Amo Blocc.

This group was known as one of the most notorious small crews within the 190 East Coast Crips. The group consisted of Millsap's closest friends, Loot, Colston, and Brown. Together, they terrorized the city, catching back-to-back murders. They were known as one of the most ruthless groups just because of how many people they killed in a short period of time. The "Superpredators" crew, which formed within the 190 East Coast Crips, was portrayed as a robbery and killer crew. On November 3rd, 1995, around 12 pm, Lamont, who was a money transporter in Los Santos, was picking up money from the Walmart near Davis. When he was shot multiple times by the small crew, the "Superpredators", as they tried to get to the armored truck, Lamont’s associate shot back at the crew of the young, ruthless 190 East Coast Crips when they decided to run off after being shot at by Lamont’s associate, and Lamont Smith ended up dying shortly after the situation.

Two weeks later, a group of Denver Lane Bloods were outside near a driveway, talking with each other shortly after Bruce and a group of East Coast Crip members rolled up on the side of the Denver Lane Bloods and opened fire on the group, shooting and killing "Peanut," who was from the Damu Ridas; it was stated that he was shot over 17 times in his back. In 1996, Bruce murdered an eyewitness by the name of Manuel, who was acting as a witness against him. Manuel was supposed to open up in court and talk about how Bruce and the group of East Coast Crips robbed an electronics store for a pile of electronics, but he ended up being shot shortly after Bruce found out about Manuel and tried to testify against him and his crew. Manuel was brutally shot and killed, and he was left for dead after being shot several times by Bruce and his crew. Bruce allegedly stole over "50,000 dollars," so Bruce had to think quickly. After he knew that Manuel was trying to take a stand against him, he had to go kill the eyewitness. The infamous "Superpredators" crew kept doing armored, truck-type, and electronic store robberies. The LSSD named the "Superpredators," run by Bruce, one of the most notorious street crews coming up from Hawick District, as they were believed to have committed well over 20 murders throughout Southern California. Bruce was sentenced to eight death sentences, along with Loot getting one. Richard Colston ended up ratting on the group for the last one, Amayo Brown, who hung and killed himself in his jail cell as he was awaiting trial. The group was overall known as ruthless and one of the grimiest crews in the Hills of Los Santos.

The 190 East Coast Crips are an outstanding and infamous predominantly African American gang coming from a middle-class area in the Hawick District, Vinewood Hills. The younger generation of the 190 East Coast Crips is now known for the recent beef they have picked up with the South Side Rancho Crips. Although the 190 East Coast Crips are in several different wars as of right now, they have a more positive side to their gang, which includes them making music labels such as 9ilionaire productions, Blue Stripe Association, and a few other labels and crews coming from out of the Del Amo area. Most of the rappers under these labels are associated with the 190 East Coast Crips, considering that they are run or managed by 190 East Coast Crips members. Some of the famous or hood famous rappers coming from out of these rapper labels are Nb#3, MousEC, RONDOE, Numba5, Q-Baller, Almighty Zimmy, and many other upcoming rappers from the 190 East Coast Blocc crips. The newer generation seems to claim "YTB," which is another abbreviation for the Young Bastards and stands for Yellow Tape Bastards.

Del Amo Blocc Crips - The Del Amo Blocc Crips, coming from outside of the 190 East Coast Crips, are most likely the oldest clique within the 190 East Coast Blocc Crips. There are older members within the Del Amo Blocc Crips who only claim Del Amo Blocc Crips, as the older generation separates themselves from the East Coast Crips Cars, yet there are only some who only claim Del Amo Crips by themselves. For the younger generation, they are well and active and are alongside one of the most known and notorious cliques coming out of the 190-East Coast Crips with the Young Bastards. This clique is mostly known for the way they maneuver and make money.

Young Bastard Crips - The Young Bastard Crips are a well-established and active clique coming from out of the 190 East Coast Crips, which is one of the oldest cliques alongside the Del Amo Blocc Crips. The Young Bastards basically operate the same as the Del Amo Crips, except this group is known to be grimier and is one of the main reasons the 190 East Coast Crips have beef with a lot of street gangs surrounding the area. The newer generation of the Young Bastard Crips is well and active; they and the Del Amo Blocc Crips have caused conflict between them and the South Side Compton Crips, as both of them diss each other on Instagram. This clique is known for its savagery and ruthlessness. The Young Bastard Crips have had a lot of infamous members coming from the clique, and they are known to be moneymakers as well.

“Beef With The Bloecc Leave Em Chalk.”

The 190 East Coast Blocc Crips have beef with a lot of different gangs all around Vinewood, San Andreas to Rancho, and even farther down to LS. The 190 East Coast Blocc Crips beef with the Chamberlain West Side Piru, Centerview Piru, Cabbage Patch Piru, South Side Rancho Crip, Hoover’s, Stevenson Village Crips, Carson 13, Swans, Inglewood Family Bloods, Black P Stones, Avenue Piru Gang, Denver Lane Bloods, and all Rancho Pirus. They also pick up beef all over the East and West sides of South Los Santos, San Andreas, since they fall under the Neighborhood Crips and they also pick up a lot of beef on the East Side due to them being East Coast Crips. Although they have many enemies, they still have allies such as all Neighborhood Crips, all East Coast Crips, 4 Pacc Crips, the Rollin’ 30 Crips, and last but not least, most of the Crips falling under the 2x umbrella.
