blue screen of death

Since the update, my world has crashed and so has my PC with the blue screen of death. Not sure why it happens but could do with some advice on the matter. Would it be a graphics card issue?

Blue screen can have to do with a hard drive issue, makes sense since you just downloaded an update.

BSODs usually have an error code that comes with them. They can be caused by all sorts of hardware/software issues. Try making a picture of the BSOD and post it here. That'll give us more to go with.

Will do if it comes back. Last playthrough lasted around thirty minutes with no crashing, so fingers crossed it's fixed itself. Thanks guys.

i've been getting BSOD since the server and ragemp update, too

i spent hours troubleshooting. nothing. gonna take it to the repair shop tomorrow because... i mean... it can't have anything to do with the server, right?

I updated my NVIDIA video drivers, and it seems to have curbed the problem for me. I haven't gotten a BSOD in the last hour of playing, whereas before I'd get one within minutes.
 

Try updating your video drivers.

Hey, the issues stopped for me and it wasn't an issue to do with ragemp. I had something taking up all of my GPU memory in task manager, so I deleted that file and the game runs fine now. Maybe look into that if you're getting that issue.
