Outdated version, can't play

Well my application got accepted and now there's another problem preventing me to play, I have downloaded the latest GTMP client yet when I try to join the server it tells me that my version is outdated. I have GTA 5 on Steam so that's updated too, I've searched for solutions on Google but there's hardly anything helpful. Am I missing something?

Make sure to download the open beta client, then change the update channel from the Launcher settings to openbeta.

Cool, I've done all that but now my GTA crashes as soon as I log in on the server, before I'm able to create a character...

Try verifying the cache and maybe reinstall gtmp

Here's the fix:

 

Uninstall GT-MP

Now install GT-MP BETA

When you launch it, it will ask to update it, select "NO" ! Apparently the update is a downgrade or something, not quite sure.

 

Anyways, when you launch any other time, make sure you select no.
